    My sister purchased a vehicle and picked it up on 5-28-24 she had the vehicle 15 minutes 7-8 miles if that and it ran hot and left her stranded . General Manager *************************** came out and managed to drive the vehicle back to the lot . I became aware after this incident that the car was trouble had been in an accident which the salesman ******* did not inform me of and that there were three significant recalls out on the vehicle which ******* did not inform me of which put me in a vulnerable and dangerous position they had no regard for my personal safety or safety on others in the vicinity giving me a damaged vehicle and not informing me of what they knew . I have subsequently learned that the dealership was well aware of the issues with the car but refused to correct to rectify them before passing the car on deliberately and egregiously. I would like to void the contract management however has said I cannot and has subsequently given me another vehicle which cost less but charged more after failing to simply nullify the contract which certainly would not have been signed if it were common knowledge that the vehicle had been in an undisclosed (to my sister ) accident and was unsafe . I have the original paperwork and the carfax I ran on the vehicle if needed.

    Bennettsville Honda did a routine service on my 2018 Honda Accord Touring and charged me $8,055.45. I believe they way over charged me for the service and some of the things they did were not due to be done. I went and talked to the General Manager and he did agree to refund me the approximate $1,900 for the timing chain that was not due. I told him I only agree to pay what was due on my car and if he showed me what was due from Honda Corporation I would agree to pay that amount but no more. He refused to pay me any more than the timing chain amount.

    Purchased a 2023 Honda CR-V from Bennettsville Honda.I was asked if I wanted to purchase protection for the exterior and interior finishes of the car.I agreed and $777 was added to my financing contract.The said finish was never applied to my vehicle. I called the manager who told me that he had fired the employee who handled that process and had to hire and train another person to do the work.Months have passed. The finish has never been applied to my vehicle. I consider the process to be a moot issue at this point. I purchased the car in a January and it is already seven months old.I was not furnished any paperwork concerning this *************** that I purchased.The manager advised me that I signed a paper, but I have nothing except for for $777 charge on my vehicle financing.I want a complete refund.I feel that I was scammed.I shall also file a complaint with the **** Attorney General.Bennetteville Honda owes me a refund for a service they did not tender.From the forms below, you will see a typed in charged premier choice with a price of $789, I believe.I never received this service. I have absolutely no documentation.Thank you.**************************************
