**** was awesome. He showed me everything that was wrong. My water bill went from $162 every other month to $890 in one month. It took **** about 30 minutes from start to finish then he was out the door with a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.Review from Kay F

R. S Andrews was awesome. I had water all over my bathroom and into our bedroom, which is hardwood flooring. I called and they had someone here within the hour. The clog in the main line had cleared itself after I put drain cleaner in, but ***** checked everything out, ran water to make sure the clog was cleared, took care of some issues with two toilets and did a complete whole home plumbing inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He made several suggestions that ended up saving us some money. We definitely will use them again for any plumbing and air conditioning issues.Review from Monique M

RS Andrews did not give a quote. They fix the issue and all they did was tape the wire and put a fuse in and charged me over $800 just tape the wire and fuse ??????????

The air conditioning went out in my rental property. Tenants were desperate. RS ******'s said service call $99 but they "lost" my info. I called back next day. Now $109. They took advantage of our desperate situation and price gouged us. I am Class A contractor with 30 years experience. They charged way too much. This company was great!!! Matt ********************** was on spot with everything he told me, on time to the minute every appointment he and I made and he sat down in no hurry and explained the difference in the Systems I was interested in!!!The technicians were very professional and they removed both inside and outside units and replaced them in one day!! Then the technician went over all the settings and made sure that everything worked correctly!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!Review from Gretchen H

EXCELLENT!!! Other companies should take lessons from RS Andrews. I based my review on how they presented themselves, how the problem was explained, how my choice for repair was explained, timeliness in arrival and completion of their work.
