These people are absolute snakes, they had hidden cameras and are spies, they dont give back your deposit and theyre the worst company to deal with. Lawsuits will be following this and my only advice is stay away from these con artists, surprised ******** allows business practices like this. However my attorney is going to take care of the illegal activities they do. STAY AWAY!

Good Afternoon,This tenant has exhibited this behavior since we began renting to them in 2022.In this instance, we moved them from one property to another and the previous tenants left a camera that plugged into a lightbulb in the property, which was missed at our move out inspection. This lightbulb camera then connected to their wifi and they were hearing themselves talk. This disturbed the tenants, and they accused the previous tenants of spying on them. Here are the steps I took.1. I contacted the *************** and spoke with the Chief of Police about this matter. This was an honest mistake by the tenants, and it was a non-issue. I unscrewed the lightbulb camera and that should have been it. They continued to spread rumors to the neighbors about human trafficking and told whoever would listen that the *** was involved and was investigating. 2. I contacted the *************** again and explained these accusations; and they responded that there was no criminal activity from the previous tenants or the property and there were no complaints made by these tenants; and no ongoing or past investigations. These were all made-up stories.3. This all happened in 1 Day and I immediately let them out of their new lease and refunded their security deposit in full. I allowed them to move back into the previous property they were renting until they could find another place, since they had nowhere to go. I would not enter them into a new lease due to the constant accusations and harassment about everything and everyone around them. I was advised not to enter them into a new lease agreement.4. After about 2 weeks they moved out and left significant damage to the property.I am prepared with exhibits, photos, etc.. to defend myself against any claim that I did not follow the laws governing security deposits. Everything written in this review is false and I look forward to that opportunity.***********************

This company is unequivocally not qualified to do any kind of remodeling.

I would like to respond to the comment provide by ******************I was hired for the interior painting and demolition/ installation of new tile to a newly purchased older single family home. I worked with the owner for months. The owner of that property and her daughter had different ideas of what was to be completed and there was constant conflict between what the owner wanted and what the daughter wanted her to do. This dynamic was very difficult to work with, I tried to keep lines of communication open with both of them. All painting work was completed and approved by the owner before payment was received. There were several touch up issues that were addressed and completed to the owner's satisfaction before final payment was requested and received. At no time did I ask for payment without the owner being 100% satisfied, and she was and I was paid in full for the interior painting. The owner and her daughter then proceeded to hire my sub-contractors for additional work; without my knowledge; in an attempt to get a better price and that's where the trouble began. Once Again, I had no knowledge of this additional painting and repair work being done by my sub-contractors. There was a conspirator effort to keep me uninformed in an attempt to keep me out of the work so the owner would pay-less and the sub-contractor would get paid more. I suspected something was going on and advised the owner against this and was lied to. In the end she was not satisfied with this work- that had nothing to do with my company, although she complained to me about it. This did not involve me; I warned her against it and therefore, there was nothing I could do. The extensive tile work was also completed but the owner has refused to pay the balance due after several attempts to collect.I am currently exercising my rights within the court system to prove my case and receive the balance due for that completed tile work.I fulfilled my obligations under the legal executed contract for work. I had or have no control over the work she hired others to perform behind my back. Her attempt to cut me out to save money is the root of all the problems. My reputation means a lot to me and I am confident when I present the overwhelming evidence in court, I will receive a favorable judgement against the owner for monies owned.Sincerely,***********************

Buckwalter Maintenance was hired to demo, patch, paint walls and ceilings in my home and garage, renovate and paint an existing built-in cabinet, as well as level, properly prepare, level and install new 12 x 24 porcelain flooring and baseboards.Approximately three weeks into the project, Buckwalter Maintenance workers, poured caustic materials down the kitchen sink, causing the kitchen drain to become plugged. All work ceased until licensed plumber could remediate the hardened material from kitchen to street, with high powered auger. The cost of this error was paid for by me, as well costs associated with fixing new garbage disposal and dishwasher. Buckwalter Maintenance did not do quality work on patching and painting. Ceiling vents were painted over in entire home making them inoperable, some can light covers were not removed during painting--so old cream colored paint is visible under the face plates. Seams, lines, cracks, uneven texture, and no texture issues and wall holes, exist all over the house walls, edges of walls and ceilings, as well as the garage ceiling. Buckwalter Maintenance demanded and received full payment from me despite me raising issues of quality and incompletion. Full payment was made. Checks were cashed. Buckwalter Maintenance did not lay and grout new floor tiles correctly. They did not add underlayment (barrier) between concrete foundation and tile. They did not create an even surface. Severe curling and lippage in the corners of floor tiles exist all over the home. I complained about lippage and stubbing toes. Buckwalter Maintenance blamed the product (floor tile) and refused to fix any of the issues. Floor tile manufacturer evaluated product, as well as installation, and laid the blame on the installation process, which was sub par.Buckwalter Maintenance verbally threatened a vendor in my home, causing the vendor to feel unsafe and not want to return to complete his portion of work of the project.Buckwalter Maintenance refused to call or work with me to resolve issues stating that owner did not wish to work with my designate (daughter). My sense was that he preferred duping and pressing me, an 81 year old woman, for payments and deposits, for inadequate work instead.Buckwalter Maintenance should not be licensed to do remodeling. Additionally, the *********************** needs to check to ensure any workers and subs of Buckwalter Maintenance, ********, **, are legal citizens, above the age of 18.
