    I took a small jeep wrangler in for two windows and windshield. while I was waiting there were 3 other people complaining about poor work a 2nd or 3rd time. The work was below substandard with multiple defects in the tint and application. Holes, scratches jagged cut lines and large bubbles. So bad they didn't even charge for the windshield. They tried to redo it and it was worse than the first time. trying to give benefit of doubt I let them redo it again a 3rd and then a 4th time and it was worse than 1st, 2nd and 3rd time. I had zero faith in them getting it right a 5th time and decided to ask for refund so can go elsewhere. they literally said we'll have to take it off first. having spent a total of 12 hours in there I am not sitting there for 2 more hours for them to scrape glue. Thankfully it's only 150 bucks, so with all this in mind, be forewarned in your decision before you sink $100's into a job because it WILL NOT be done right or of any quality and I discovered they lied about the quality of tint they actually use vice what they say they use. Also, the better reviews are from the previous owner and with this new crew it is atrocious.

    I had my windows tinted by Charleston Window Films on 2/12/2024. After noticing bubbles in the tint as well as a foreign object under the tint I called Charleston Window Films on 2/19. The person I spoke with advised me to come back on 2/22 to have them re-tinted. I showed up on 2/22. The employees advised me they did not have any tint, so they would not be able to re-tint the vehicle. I asked for a refund, and they advised me they don't know how to issue a refund. I have called and texted the owner and received no response. I would like a refund immediately.

    Made a appointment to have my front bumper, both fenders and mirror caps ppf, Dropped truck off before hours on 9/12/2022 at 1103 Bacons Bridge. They had been having employee issues at the site which I was told so it may take a half day longer or so that was fine. I told them I would just pick it up on the way out of town that following morning which was 9/14/2022. I was told to bring it back in a couple weeks to check it out for Bubbles and such cause the hood was just completed at long ago. When I arrived my vacation spot I realized my 6.2 emblems on hood where missing, so I called and spoke with **** who done the ppf and he stated he looking right at them and sorry when you get back swing by will check work and put emblems back on. He stated would take about 15 minutes on the emblems. Fast Forward. I go by the store 6 days later when getting back and its a new guy that said **** at savannah hwy store and would be over at bacons Wednesday. I drive back out Wednesday and site is closed, I drive back Friday and site still closed. That's when i call and get savannah site and appointment 10/13/2022 at 9am, Get there **** doesn't get in until 1030 so i leave number and tell them to have **** call me, nothing to this date. So I leave a message on site last week nothing on call or text. It's been more then 7 days and I just want my things corrected as there are bubbles and bumper peeling and my emblems i want on. Also was told when i paid on 9/14/2022 my info in system and a warranty card or information would be sent to me, nothing. I really would like to get my issues fixed asap, I was supposed to bring bmw right after Silverado but highly doubted if they cant do something as simple as calling a paying client back for work and error of putting items back on a brand new truck.
