I received an invoice in June and noticed the prompt pay discount offered if I called. I first tried calling on June 24th and the systems were down. I was told to call back another day. I called back on June 27th and was told I could not get the prompt pay discount. I pushed back, as it was offered on my invoice. I was then told I would receive the discount, but I would have to wait to pay until I received 2nd invoice by mail. I received a 2nd invoice by mail in August. I called on August 22nd and reached a rep named ***, who confirmed my number in case things got disconnected. The call dropped and I never received a call back. I then tried to contact someone via the website, but was unable to log in with the credentials listed on my invoice. I then emailed ***** *******. ******* ********* reached out and updated my invoice with the discount and took my number for someone to call me for my payment info. I want to stress that the rep I spoke with was very nice, but she had to have me enter my credit card three or four times and the transaction would not go through. She told me to contact my card company. I called them and they said they could see no declined transactions and confirmed that it is not an issue with my card. I sent all of the information above to ***** ******* at Coastal Path and to ******* ********* with their billing service. I received a snitty message back from *******, saying that he "couldn't control the weather" and offering to try to take my payment info for at that point was something like an 8th time. I requested a waiver for the remaining balance and did not receive a response from either ***** or ****. ***** emailed me in error on September 7th. I let her know she had the wrong email address and informed her that I had not received a response from **** regarding my waiver request. She responded, thanking me for informing her of the error. I reiterated my request for assistance. As of today, I have received no response from anyone.

I happened to be checking my credit score and noticed it recently dropped significantly. Then I noticed an amount of $48 going to collections at a pathology lab in a city I don't even live in anymore. It says it was last reported April 6th and after looking up this company, Coastal Pathology Lab, collections seems to be the biggest complaint. Everyone is receiving collections for charges they never received a bill or service for. Considering I don't live in this city anymore and the fact I haven't had any recent testing in this area, I don't understand where this $48 is coming from and want it removed from collections, corrected on my credit report, and explained with a detailed bill of where and what services were performed.
