    I made a purchase from this business on 11/1/2024, I never received any time of tracking information for my purchase, I emailed them the company 11/9/24 asking about my purchase and tracking number, I received an automatic reply that I would be contacted within 3 business days. 11/15/24 I finally received tracking information, the tracking number started that the package was delivered on 7/24/24 to Iowa, which is impossible because I am located in California and this was my first time ordering from them. I responded back 11/15/24 letting them know that I was most likely provided the wrong tracking information, still no response. I messaged again 12/4 and received an email 12/7 asking if I ever got my order, and I let them know that I did not, and never got a response back. 12/16 emailed again and received a response in 12/19 letting me know that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, I advised them my package was not lost or stolen that based off the tracking number my package was never sent and my money was taken. They advised me they could remake the shirt I ordered but for another fee and did not wat to sent me the shirt or refund me. This company is taking money from customers and not delivering product. I have made a complaint with my bank for my money to be given back and I am reporting this company as well for investigation. The tracking number no longer says delivered to Iowa, it shows no label created, however the order number on the website still shows delivered in 7/2024 which is impossible as my first ever purchase with them was 11/1/24

    I order with the company UM. I did two separate orders. One for $81 and another for around $43. I never received a tracking number and I reached out to customer service with no response. After looking at many reviews, I see many people didn't get their orders.

    My order has never been delivered. It was ordered on Oct 25 and after emailing the company multiple times they send out the shipping info. The shipping number is fraudulent and is a number from a previous order that was delivered Aug 2 in TN. I’m in NC. I commented on their FB page about my order they deleted the comment and blocked me. After being scammed I have done some research and this happens a lot with this company. Also, the owners are all over social media living it up with their customers’ money they stole. Tell everyone you know not to order from United Monogram! They are shady and scammers!

    I ordered 2 sweatshirts from them in august and only received one of them. It was a package not big enough to hold 2 meaning they just forgot to send one. I have been emailing for months and they take forever to respond and is now telling me to get with the shipping carrier. It is very obvious that I just was only send 1 item and not the 2 I paid for.

    Never received item even if it was marked as delivered. Customer service rather suggested to pay 50% the price to get it remade rather than fix and mediate the problem. Please do not shop here, they are not legit. I went through my bank for my refund. Thanks.

    I emailed this company for the last 2 months and have never gotten a response. I placed and order with them in August and I did not receive the order. I want to be refunded, I have reached out to them in every way possible and I get NO response, ever!!

    I placed an order on October 10, 2024. I immediately received confirmation that my order was received. Unfortunately, that’s been the only communication I’ve gotten since. I reached out on ********* 3x and sent 3 follow up emails requesting an update. I received what appeared to be a system generated email, stating the processing time and I’d receive an email when my order was being worked on. To date, I’ve received nothing about any progress or updates and, they don’t respond to emails or messages on social media. At this point we’re nearing the end of the processing period & I’m in the wind with my purchase. Even after I responded to their system generated email, they failed to get back to me. This is extremely disappointing & frustrating.

    I placed an order 9/13. Twice now they have stated they shipped my order, yet the tracking is in “label created” status. This company does nothing but lie to customers. MULTIPLE, probably 100s of people, haven’t received orders. They make promises to personally drop off packages, yet we never get them. They are SCAMMING people out of their money.

    I placed an order with this company for a medium crewneck sweatshirt with 3" letters. I received my item on 9/4, however the letters were only 2" in height & not what I originally ordered. I sent an email on 9/5 with photos showing the incorrect letters & also asked how I can get this fixed. I didn't even receive an answer until 9/13 (and their site says they'll respond in 3 days). In their email, I was told that 3" letters wouldn't fit on a medium sweatshirt. I was never told this during the ordering process & no where on their site does it state that sizing matters when ordering a certain size letter patch. I immediately responded & got no answer. So now I have a sweatshirt that I paid over $40 for & is incorrect. Very disappointing.

    I placed an order on 9/13 and realized the order was an error and I was looking to cancel it before it was printed, not even for a refund I would have taken a credit. They said they would answer my email in 3 business days. I tried to contact them 5 more times before the order shipped, especially since they had a delay on it. No one answered me, I tried email, ********* and the phone number listed. I did received the shirt but no one has ever contacted me.
