Date: 12/16/24 Business uses hard sell tactics to sell a beauty product that does not provide the results they say. They should not be able to say that their product provides the results they claim, as it is false. It’s a scam and fraudulent.

We recently visited your mall and purchased products from Bee & Co (Noella Cosmetics). Unfortunately, after we brought the products home, my wife discovered that one was completely empty, and the other two contained the wrong products. The contents were a totally different color than what was shown in the store. We feel taken advantage of, as we spent over $400 on these items. After looking into the company, we couldn't find them listed on Google. It seems like we’ve been scammed by this business.

I bought eye wrinkle cream. The promise was that it would reduce wrinkles. I was told to wait 7 days before use. The 10 day refund policy was an option. I called an no one can answer my questions or refund me. The cream doesn't feel anything the same and does nothing. I can see that I was scammed and boy, does that hurt. I feel completely betrayed. This was so expensive..

Was stopped while walking through the mall by a girl who rubs cream on your hand and then starts to talk about it. Brings you into the store and starts to use other creams on your face and talks about how great they are. The price keeps coming down as you keep on saying no. Then has you meet a girl who is “only in town for the day” but is the best in skin care. She continues to try to sell products to you starting at around $11,000. Every time you say no she tries something else on you. Sits you back down and continues to work on you. Ended up purchasing some overpriced cream just to out of there. Receipt was put in bag and I didn’t look at it until I got home. On the receipt it says all sales are final. This is never mentioned in the store and no signs saying that. There is a customer service phone number on the receipt but when I call it does not go through. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I went in to the Royal Bee on my first day in Charleston while on vacation. I sat for a demonstration of an under eye cream called Noella. The cream worked amazing while in the store, I saw almost immediate results. I decided to purchase the product for a total of $272.50. I was instructed to put it under my eyes once per week for the next ten weeks and then monthly thereafter. I have been placing the cream under my eyes as instructed each week and I have had no results like the one while in the store. I am sure that the product they sold me was not the one used during the demonstration. I felt immediate tightening of my skin during the demonstration but nothing happens when I put the cream on at home. After I purchased the cream, there was another associate who attempted to sell me a blue light machine that was supposedly for skin tightening and erasing lines throughout the face. She tried multiple selling techniques to get me to purchase it. I declined the offer but she told me she would go against the rules and sell me one for a quarter of her original price, I would just have to take it in a damaged box. I told her I would come back later in the week and she told me that she was from New Orleans and was only in town for the weekend. I was in Charleston for the week and continued to see the same girl "from New Orleans" standing outside trying to scam other customers. My credit card transaction says Gallery Candle which is nothing like the branding on this store. I am sick over the money that I paid for a cream that does absolutely nothing. I warn others to stay away from this company.

This business should be shut down. They use false advertising and downright lies to scam people into buying beauty products that don't work. I think the business should be investigated. I'm sure there are issues related to their business practices and well as to their false claims and sales tactics. They ruined a visit to Charleston. After spending close to $300, I immediately realized the product was worthless. Their receipt says no refunds. I am going to take it up with my credit card company. I would like to mail this product back to them for a full refund.

Tonight while shopping on vacation in Charleston, we entered a store called Royal Bee at 61 South Market street advertising bee-related products, including skincare. The sales lady demonstrated a gel serum on my eyes that reduces puffiness, etc. She advised to use it once a week and then monthly. The gel worked well in the store and after considerable thought, I agreed to purchase the product. Once back at the hotel, I pulled up the Royal Bee website and all products were out of stock and there was NO product like the product box called "Noella" given to me in the sales bag. Furthermore, the bag, the receipt, the storefront ALL have different names. I started reading HORRIBLE reviews about this store and the scams going on within it ... check the Facebook page. I decided to open the product I received and it is a clear liquid and NOT AT ALL the same as the gel put on my eyes. The contact card the sales girl gave me supposedly included the store phone number (it is a number for a clothing store in another part of town ) and her personal number in case I need more product. She said I would need to order through her because she has a coupon and not to order from the website. We leave Charleston in the morning so now I can't return to the store. These items were COMPLETELY misrepresented. How can the city allow this to go on??? I am sick over being duped $327 for a product that is NOT an all-natural bee product and is not what was tested on me in the store. Please help me recover my money!!!

I was on vacation with my husband and I thought I was going into a honey store and in fact it was a high price pressure sales to buy cosmetics promising you will look younger. They are all shady and the products are unhealthy junk. They should not be allowed to stay in business and makes downtown Charlestown look very bad.
