    1st Visit- 11/27/2024 Charged $226.95 on the date market above, i call grease monkey to inquire for a stimate repair for a AC system in a 2016 GMC Sierra, i was told the diagnosted was 149.99 just to look at it and if the problem was found and i decided to do the repairs that money will go into the bill of parts and labor, car was left at the shop, eric call me back ( 12:07pm ) saying they suspected of the Hi pressure valve intake was leaking and they wanted to replaced and refill it with refrigerant, the amount would be $226.95 i ask eric why he suspected of this part and he said it was a comun known issue for this models, i give hem the green light in the assumtion the he did a full inspection of the vehiecle and this would ressolve my issue, later on i pick up the truck and went home, next morning when i woke up the AC systrem was not funtional any longer, i visit the shop and it was full, spoke to eric and was told come back the next day for a open schedule so they can re inspected 2nd Visit- 11/30/2024 Charged $234.47 drop the truck early in the morning i spoke to eric and mentioned the i suspected of the AC condenser and that if he was willing to look in it, he said he will look into it, i recived a call from eric ( 12:15pm ) and was told the Hi pressure valve HOSE was leaking that it was evidently that he & the other mechanic in the shop had look at it and agree, i clearly ask "are you 100% sure of this" hes reply was "i could bet money on it and i am not the type of mechanic that go swapping parts around and make you wasted money" i was told the amount & after that assurance i give the green light, i was call at 5:10pm to pick the truck, i did and left home next day ( sunday ) i went to check if the AC was working and again it was not, shop is closed and monday i went around 8:30am and inform eric the i no longer feel trust in the shop and i wanted a refund, after a discussion i was told the best he could do its a free oil change but no refund would be issue

    I got contacted by Grease Monkey Tuesday afternoon. We work a deal out, they repair my truck the way it should be, at no cost from me, and I would like to drop the case against them,
