            I have been a TruVista customer since they first launched their service in ********, **, which has been about two years. Recently, I discovered that TruVista has been withholding price adjustments and failing to apply them to my bill. For example, I have been paying $81 ($75+6 for Equipment rental) per month for 100 Mbps symmetrical internet, even though the actual price should have been $39.99 for 100Mbs, not the $81 ($75+6 for equipment rental)they are charging me. This adjustment should have been made as soon as the new pricing became effective. I was never notified of these changes through any form of communication. I only found out from external means and then visiting the local TruVista office to ask about it. To my surprise, the staff admitted that my bill should have been updated but refused to disclose when the lower pricing became available. Why have I been overpaying and for how long??? I have no idea how long this has been happening, and I feel completely cheated. To make matters worse, TruVista informed me they will still charge me $81 for this months bill, even though they know it should only be $39.99 for 100Mbs. This experience has left me feeling ripped off and has completely eroded my trust in TruVista as an ISP. This does not make me feel like a valued customer AT ALL...

            ******** customer service. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to them do to no internet. Every time you call it's the samething reset your modem. Their Technicianal support is customer service not Tech support. They clueless. They cannot even locate my account let alone fix the issue. Any other company you call with real tech support walks to through your issue and are able to access your modem remotely but not them. Every time I call all they tell is I am not able to locate your account or I will escalate your report. The same issue has been escalated about 3 time with no phone call or update as to when the service will be back up. I think I am going to have to reconsider doing business with them. I have a lot of sensitive equipment that relay on internet. I am getting highly frustrated to having to call every 5 hours with no results. No even email to acknowledge that anything is been done.             I have had TruVista since January 2021. Ive had nothing but problems since day one. They have replaced the modem four times and most recently added a Wi-Fi extender. They have changed the line from the pole to the house and supposedly changed some components at the road. Most of the technicians that have come out have been pleasant, up until yesterday, October 9, 2024. I am paying for the largest package they provide, which is 500 Mbps. Even with a hardline connection to the modem, **************** is continually dropping. I have called in with numerous complaints about this and emailed several times with no response. *****, who is apparently the technical manager refuses to call me back. This company has no desire to make things right for their customers. At this very moment, my daughter is awaiting a call from her manager because she works from home and requires Internet. It has dropped so many times in the past week they are discussing her termination. I called in the other day and the service tech that took my call couldnt even find Documentation of previous calls and issues. My guess is that if they dont document it, it never happened.Just this morning, I noticed some of their technicians up the road from my house servicing a line. They did share that there was a cracked line and they had to replace a piece of it. Ive Been trying to get in touch with anyone at Tru Vista, to provide some sort of letter/documentation stating there have been major interruptions and continuing line services so that my daughter could provide it to her company. To no avail.

            I have had TruVista for 3 years. My most recent experience was the worst. I lost my email service for no apparent reason for 5 days. I spent hours everyday trying to work with numerous technicians over the phone. They apparently dont know how to fix the problem so they tell you they will have a tier 2 tech call you back and they never do. I finally was put through to a tech in ******** who promised to call me back and she never did. I explained over and over I was waiting on important medical information that was coming via email and I needed the email fixed. Five days, I repeat, that it took this to get straightened out. Some young tech finally pointed out to me all the mistakes they had made. I have lost all respect for this company over this incident. I hope to meet with the head of the local TruVista and speak with him in the near future. I want to add that I have never once before written a negative review of any business.

            I have been a customer of ****************** in *******, *******, for only five months. Regrettably, I am already considering seeking an alternative internet service provider. Initially, my experience with TruVista was satisfactory until a single issue emerged. Despite the absence of inclement weather, such as storms or strong winds, the internet connection faltered on a day when the Southern heat peaked at 97 degrees Fahrenheit.The problem manifested gradually, with a noticeable decline in internet speeds far below the 250 Mbps I subscribed to, reaching a mere 25 Mbps. Initially attributing this to temporary technical difficulties, I hoped the issue would resolve itself. However, a week later, the internet service abruptly ceased for several hours. Having previously utilized Xfinity in an urban setting, I thought the issue was an outage that would soon be handled. Boy, was I wrong... I found myself without that alternative luxury in my current location. Subsequently, the situation worsened.Contacting their technical support yielded scripted instructions concerning modem diagnostics, coaxial cable checks, and troubleshooting protocols. Despite engaging with nine technical support agents, three customer service representatives, and four technicians across nine phone calls, the issue persisted.Upon eventually conversing with a service technician, the problem was identified as originating from the mainline box outside my residence. Although a resolution was attempted, the internet service continued to malfunction, recurring soon after the technician would leave. Subsequent calls to customer support only resulted in the promise of daily service credits while the problem persisted, inconveniencing those reliant on a stable connection for remote work..In light of this experience, I recommend exploring alternatives to TruVista before committing to their service to avoid encountering similar challenges.

            Horrible customer service!!! Been out of internet off and on for at least 2 months. My wife works from home, and they make multiple promises to get things fixed and never do (same problem keeps coming back over and over again.) On top of that they always promise to call balk and they dont ever call back. Im not one to leave reviews that are negative but this has been going on for a while and nothing is done. All I ask is professionalism and transparency which neither we get. Avoid using them for internet if you can, spend your money somewhere else with more reliable internet services.

            After a full review of the account, a technician visited the customer's location and was able to resolve issues with the service and confirmed that service is back up and working. A representative has tried to contact the customer to confirm that services are still working as they should but has been unsuccessful in reaching the customer. She has left voice mail messages for a call back. We will continue to try to contact the customer to assure that all is working as it should.

            I have had the worst experience with truvista I have had consistent drops in internet service since November 2023. I have had numerous techs to come out and evaluate but it works for a week or less before the same issue arises again. I work from home and this is really damaging my income at this point idk what to do because what good is an Remote IT employee without RELIABLE internet

            They are horrible. They expect you to pay full price for services that only work half the time. I have contacted them on several occasions about there product not working and they refuse to come help until it 100% stops working. I still have to pay full price in the meanwhile. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced let alone heard of. Who can let a customer suffer like this and truly not care. Tru crooks more like it.

            Horrible company not worth 20 cents the customer service by the mangers are horrible I've not had working wifi ever sense I got truvista I can't get anyone else they want to say sense it doesn't turn off for days at a time it's not a problem if your speed is only 50mps and you pay for **** then it turns off at least 7 times a day I've been begging them to fix it and they say there isn't a problem this hole company is a joke please do not waste your money on this joke of a company

            So far doing ok. Our whole neighborhood just came up on Truvista. Ive only had it a few days. The speed is great, it went out for a few minutes to a couple of hours for the first few days. No issue since.I made a customer service call unrelated to downtime and got good results once the technician showed up. I will reserve 5 stars until I have more time with it. I have not disconnected my old service just in case.
