I started a membership online for the Clemson Rd. location. Got my bank statement and noticed that I've been charged twice. I call the gym and ask why I've been charged twice. They proceed to tell me that I have two accounts. I told them I should only have 1 account. they canceled one account, and I asked how do I go about getting a refund. They tell me we don't give refunds for duplicates account. I only made 1 account, why would i make 2 accounts under the same name and all the same info?!? The general manager got on the phone and told me the same thing. Tried to call Head Quarters but they are closed today. All I want is a refund for the account I didn't make for one month!!! $25.05 Are you that hard up for money you cant come off of $25.05!!!Review from Nathan C.

This is the worst facility that I have ever visited. There is a circuit area that has posted rules but no one enforces them. The protocol is that you are suppose to switch machines based on the color of light which glows overhead. When people are trying to complete the circuit there are other customers coming in the area and starting a workout like it's their own personal workout area. This hinders the individual who is trying to complete the circuit from being able to complete their workout. Staff does not monitor the area but the sign in the room says that they do. When staff is informed they say that there isn't anything that they can do or they'll tell the customer to confront the other customer and explain to them the rules. Management has been informed but yet they do nothing. It's just a free for all. No one follows the rules and staff sits around chatting amongst each other not paying attention to anything that's going on in the gym. This is a terrible place and management is very weak and ineffective.
