            Really like the P17 KelTec 22LR and the pickup at my local PSA was typical for a firearm purchase. When I ordered it online they said to allow 15 days for delivery to store and it was 16 days when it was available for pickup, not that big of a deal.

            Dirk from customer service was very polite and helpful. Helped me find a solution to my shipping problem and even after I had to change the order via email I got a no problem and quick resolution. Defiantly keeping them in mind for future orders!

            This is a great company with great products. The only problem is that their "technical support" folks won't take calls to answer questions. They would be a five star company if it wasn't for that.

            Dirk helped me with contacting the Palmetto State Armory Greenville Store today, I checked with Greenville Store and confirmed that they had received the lower receiver. I’m going to pickup the order asap. I’m thankful for the help from Dirk in the Customer Service Department. Great job
