    The initial consult with this company was pleasant & professional. They were actually referred to me. On 7/13, I reached out to this moving company to reschedule my move for 7/18/22. They were a no call, no show on 7/18. They came earlier than planned on 7/19/22. The scheduled time was 2pm. I informed him via phone call this was a 5 bedroom/3 bath house. The contract shows 2 movers with dollies, blankets, full service! Everything was already packed, broken down & wrapped & just ready to be moved. The young guys sent were not prepared for this large job. I ended up helping them move many of the boxes to the truck trying to complete the moving within the timeframe. Many of my items were broken & messed up because they were drug across the back of the truck instead of being lifted and properly placed. Items were thrown in my storage. My family ends up coming to help with the move because his workers couldn’t handle it. We get back to the house for the remainder and the owner calls. I was honestly trying to have a cordial conversation with him and he becomes irate & says this is why he doesn’t like dealing with black people. He informs me he was going to “pull up and was taking any items of mine that was on the truck because they now belonged to him!” Not a way any man should talk to a woman. I called the police. Police arrived & then he arrives with a truck full of people blocking my driveway. I attempted to resolve the matter that night, police witnessed & it was supposedly done. Several payment attempts to end this! I was constantly harassed until 7/25/22…police & my attorney were all involved because of his sole actions & unprofessionalism. He also refuses to acknowledge the $5000 claim coverage that I requested for damages, which is clearly checked on the contract. By far, the worst moving experience ever!! I would not recommend him to stay in this line of business as he is not professionally equipped for this line of work.

    No need to follow this crap up Ms. Customer. You are a disgrace to business’s tryin to file a false complaint because you previously failed to pay for you move at the time. I’m not even gonna play this game with you. If you wanna act like you have a case against JEGA Movers LLC. Please go ahead a step up to the plate. I myself the owner doesn’t play the games your pulling. You prolly need to move again and mad you can’t find movers because you can’t afford moving services to start with. Big Liar I was the one who called the police on you because your husband wants to violate contract and not pay when asked too. No moving business will play with you now or in the future.     On Friday, May 13th, Jega Movers came out to move my belongings from one apartment to the next. They were 10 minutes late to start with. During the move out of the new place, the movers were very unprofessional and very argumentative. After pulling up to the new place, I was greeted by an officer because my movers called the police on me. Supposedly, he wanted to make sure we didn't have an issue. I don't see why we would have an issue to begin with. Especially, when I gave them 400.00 of my hard earned money. I tried to support black owned businesses but get treated like this. On top of it all, none of my things were reassembled. My walls and washing machine are damaged. I've been trying to get in touch with someone but every time I call, no one answers. Finally, this morning I called and got the same guy that called the police, stating that he's the manager and I can't speak to anyone else. He took my name and number and has someone reaching out. Still very much aggressive and unprofessional.

This customer is headed in the right direction if she continues her crap with false statements. I do have a lawyer for people like this. She mad because i don't tolerate rude customer's period. She still doesn't know who the boss is till today which was Me and my lead guy Mr. ******. She had a 2-hour minimum service on the exact date she told the truth about. Next during her move, we asked her to take the water out of her washer in order to bring down the stairs. This was the exact last item to be loaded which at this time we was at 45 mins within the move (doing great time). Once we asked her to drain the water and that we will not move until the water is drained(it was half full smh). She got very irate and started flipping out talking about that when she booked the move with our secretary she said she didn't tell her to empty the washer smh. This is what I personally get for moving someone out of a low budget ghetto area. She called over other females neighbors in the apartment complex (they came in the house talking **** about our service ect.) Me on the other hand trying to still remain professional as possible for my fellow worker onsite, we then drained the water for her and ignored her foul comments. Once we were loaded during the rain, she began yelling at my worker in the rain as we were shutting the door being rude putting on a front for her friends. we ignored her and continued on once again. I was the driver, so while in route in my policy we demand payment before unloading the truck. So i texted her informing the payment. She ignored my text and called the office phone wating to speak to the boss. She was shocked when i answered the phone so she demanded to speak with someone and i told her i have this line. So she hung up rudely so i felt as she was going to be a problem prior to getting payment while in route as stated. So payment didnt clear so i call Richland county police department to assist us with this terrible customer once we arrive at her new home. So once we arrived she runs up to me and the officers yelling why you call the police on me. as you see why i did and that goes for all customers if you violate my policy. So payment is of course paid thanks to the police. After they left we continued on unloading her. at this time i was like why the police leave. She then got on her phone talking crazy about us ect. drama talking ect the who nine yards and slandering my company. she so drama oriented and slow she still screaming on her phone to people saying come monday morning she calling our office and gonna get us in trouble lol. She really something for real. Whoever is reading this i hope you get this entire statement as a 5 year old can comprehend better than her. I so full of her drama crap for real. The job finished at exact 1 hour and 55 minute confirmed on the BOL. she just mad this company don't play that game and BBB wont either so ignore her crap and call me personally and she can see me in court for real, this boss will bust your bubble. as of right now she just messed up for future service and the entire ghetto period. I'm fair but don't have to deal with these type of people and then today she posted a false photo of damage. no claim for such I was there and that's final. My direct line is (803)846-9484. I have proof of that as well. I also have proof that the damage in my apartment was done while the movers were moving my belongings in. My leasing office did a full walk through in the apartment earlier that morning. No one else was in there prior to the movers coming in. As you can see in their response to my complaint, they are very unprofessional. Calling someone who spent 400.00 on supporting your business "ghetto" is disheartening. I could careless about doing business with a company like that. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I always keep documentation and record everything. Especially since there's no such thing as honor anymore. The police was called on me because he didn't get a response from me right away. I was driving so how could I pay? It doesn't make sense.
