    I purchased a vehicle in the beginning of October. Brought it in for an oil leak at the second week of November, and after delaying my service for multiple days and taking a week to tell me they hadn’t started working on it to then tell me on a test drive after they replaced the part my engine blew when there was no history misfiring or overheating as they claimed. I only drove the vehicle for about 400 or so miles before the engine “blew”. I would highly recommend you go to another dealership for both maintenance and sales.

    This is a 150000 mile vehicle that was sold as is. If the customer would like help with the aftermarket warranty company, we will be more than glad to attempt to assit.

    Terrible service management, lack of reading and knowledge on warranty work, failure to provide services when proven wrong and when asked to provide credentials failed to do so. A demotion to floor tech for a few more years will help. I suggest driving to lexington they are faster more reliable and understand how the industry works.

    I called ahead to drop off my car on Saturday, I filled out the form and left my keys. I told them that it was not my daily driver, so it wasn't urgent. That I had my car detailed and that the mirrors quit working as well as the hard top convertible. I thought it may be a fuse or something like that. If they could please check the air conditioner. They ended up keeping it for 3 weeks. Every week I called, and it was like they had lost my car. At the end of it, they said that the AC would cost $3500.00 for a new compressor, the mirror fix was about $500.00. They didn't address the convertible top. I approved the mirrors because of the safety factor, declined the AC. I found a real mechanic and the compressor was fine, it was the actuator (the part that directs the air) the driver's side wasn't blowing cold air. They didn't do the mirror fix correctly. The convertible top and the mirrors were due to them becoming unplugged during the detailing. A simple fix if they had any knowledge. If they don't want to work on older model cars or don't have the knowledge, they should just say so. They have lost my business permanently. They took advantage of the situation because I am a woman and don't have the knowledge about cars. A $500.00 lesson. Go anywhere else, find a real mechanic that you trust and can count on.

    I’ve had issues with getting help with my 2021 Dodge Ram Laramie. I’ve purchased this truck with no wheel lock and was promised multiple times that I would get one. My truck now has bald tires and I’ve been to the dealer shop over ten times now. I’ve been told we will even push for new tires due to your issue and never gotten a call back from the manager. The sales person who’s set up for my oil change also knew I never had a wheel lock with the truck and told me not to worry it would be fix and they could still rotate my tires. My tires have not been rotated. I’ve also been promised to get email survey to get free oil changes for the future but ever time I come they can’t pull my account up with my email or number. I spent $50,000 on a truck and can’t even take off my own tire! I will not be purchasing from here again.

    I bought my 3500 Dodge Ram on June 3rd, 2024. I paid for it in full. June 4th, 2024 which is the next day the oil light came on so I was highly upset. I just paid $36k and was already experiencing minor issues in a day. Before I left the dealership, I let my sales person know what was going on instead of him saying OK we’ll fix it. His response was you received two free oil changes use one. Instead of me saying you know what I don’t want the truck again because it’s already started off with bad customer service you’d think they’ll say OK we’ll get that change for you. I decided against my better judgment and purchased the truck. I scheduled my appointment to use one of the free oil changes According to maintenance sticker the oil wasn’t changed in at least year. Once in the back they explained it was the sticker wasn’t changed but I needed new filter, which cost me $500 , I paid for it. Here I am June 21. The starter has went out. I’ve been calling around for my sales person Craig Smalls who’s not answering the phone at his desk. I’ve text his personal cell phone to let him know what is going on no response I would not recommend JT. This has really put a bad taste in my mouth cause I thought they were okay at first. I was sadly mistaken and realize they’re about money only!

    If you value your time and privacy of your personal identifiable information (PII) do not take your vehicle in for a service at this dealership. I scheduled a 14:00pm service appointment for 05/14/24 to get my vehicle's oil change and tires rotated. I checked in 15 minutes prior expecting to have my vehicle service start within 10-15 minutes of my appointment. That did not happen. My vehicle waited in the service lane for an hour and fifteen minutes. At 15:15 my vehicle service started and finally was completed after 16:00pm. The cashier apologized and stated they would try to get better. Additionally, today (06/14/2024) I received a letter from Sirius XM offering me 3 months of service as a reward for my recent vehicle service. The letter sated my vehicle's radio ID (ESN), year and model. Apparently, Jts Kia service department provided or sold my vehicle information and PII to Sirius XM without my knowledge or consent. I took my vehicle to Galeana Crysler-jeep-Kia prior to being purchased by JTs and had a great experience and my PII was not sold. I will never get my vehicle service at a Jts's dealership again.

    I was wondering why the window that the customer can see through to look at our vehicles was blocked. I asked to speak with a manager and he never camevout to speak with me. A girl name Candace was very, very rude, ask said ," if you didnt want to know about the vehicle you wouldn't ask 5 times" she never got the manager gor me to speak with.
