Superior has been managing my property for nearly two years. From day one they were comforting and professional. After the first meeting we were confident they would be the ones to manage our property. Fair pricing and ease of burden for me being displaced to another state. 100% recommended!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed renting from Superior Rental Properties for the past 3 years. Ms. Kandi is quick to respond to requests, calls, and emails. The homes that I have rented have been superior properties inside and outside. We cherish our relationships with our tenants and property owners. It is for this reason that we employ a rational approach to withholding a tenant’s security deposit. A contractor was dispatched to your property to repair the damaged door and power wash the garbage can; and you refused to allow him to complete the job. Therefore, a payment was issued to you in the amount the contractor was going to charge us for those items.
While it is our goal to please all parties, we recognize that it is difficult to achieve. We wish you a great deal of success with your investment property.
