On July 15th, 2024 I went to Dixies Federal Credit Union because in reviewing my bank statements I noticed 4 transactions in the amount of $19.71 each that I had not authorized. I spoke with a representative and showed her my debit card which still had the sticker and had not been activated. She asked me to give her the card so she could shred it. I also told her I had not gone over my statements like I should because I had had COVID then my brother was sick and I had to take care of him. She then asked me to complete fraud paperwork so they could give it to the CEO. Once completed she said they would get back in touch once she spoke with the CEO. Over the next three weeks I called and went by Dixies and they said they still have not spoken to the CEO. I asked to get the CEO's contact information so I could set up an appointment with him myself. I was told he sets up his own appointments and I would have a hard time getting in touch with him. After the third week, because no resolution was made, I filed a complaint with the ****. Per the **** a 60 day waiting period is required in order for ***** to respond. On Oct. 7th with no response from ***** I contacted the ****. I have left 4 messages and have not received a call back from ****. I am very frustrated over this entire process. I would like my $78.84 credited to my account. This may not seem like a lot of money to the credit union however as an elderly woman it is to me.

I have attempted to resolve my issues with ***** Federal Credit numerous times over the last 9 months without any form of communication or response from them even though I have provided them with the same documentation which validates me a refund and removal of excess fees. I strongly feel that ***** Federal Credit Union has greatly demonstrated unethical, discriminatory, and racial motivated actions as well as tactics towards me.
