I took my car there because the ignition module was not working properly. I paid close to $2,000 to get it fixed. A few days after getting my car back the same issue happened again. I called to let them know and they stated that they would like it at it and if they find another issue related to the original problem I would have to pay for ANOTHER diagnostic, parts, and labor. My issue is the problem never got resolved, but they want me to spend more on something they should have checked the first time. So I lost almost $2000, and my issue never got resolved. I was very disappointed and angry and at this point, I do not know what to do.

I went in on 9/16 to get my transmission done and the price was **** I got it back around the 30th. I took it home 2 days later it didn't want to start so I took it back to the shop. They kept it for about a week and told me they couldn't get it to duplicate did not start so I took my truck again. As I start my truck at the shop I heard a rattle in the front by the engine and I asked the boy who brought the truck up to the front did he hear anything and he said no so I took the truck on home and a day later I start hearing a loud exhaust leak. So once again I take it back to the shop and they got it quiet but I still hear ticking coming from it so I took it to the Chevrolet dealership and paid for a diagnostic and they told me my manifold gasket need to be replaced that runs to the exhaust so with that information I took it back to the shop and told them what Chevrolet told me so they agreed to fix it and yesterday 11/8 I took my truck up there around 7:30 in the morning and went to pick it up about 5:30 and I understand that the shop was closed but as I start my truck up it is the exact same sound that I've been hearing and was the main reason of me taking it back up there so now today is the 9th and I don't even want to deal with them no more. So if you was blessed enough to read this please do not deal with those people because within a month my car has been there and not only that when I did get my car back someone hit something push my bumper in which created a hole in my frame by my tailgate but don't nobody know what happened mind you I get my truck detail or twice every two weeks and the guy who cleans it never saw it and I also clean it myself and I never saw it. So just don't do it please save yourself a headache the time the hassle in your money I'm pretty sure it's somebody out here that will do the job the right way you won't have to do all the running around back and forth missing time out of work renting cars because you're sitting there for a week just to go pick it up and have the same problem. They really don't deserve one star.
