    Have a 2015 KIA ***** that we've had for just a few months and its engine died, needs complete replacement ($7000). Sentry denied the claim first saying we were outside the mileage allowance for the contract. (we weren't, they were using the contract of a totally different car...we didn't drive ****** in a few months) After we pointed that out, they came back and told us the car has been "improperly serviced", something that was not on their inspection report for the car. Also, if the car had been "improperly serviced", then it happened before we owned it and Sentry Auto should have not accepted the warranty contract, but they gladly accepted our money for a warranty they seemingly never intended to service. They are not responsive to emails. This company has zero integrity, do not buy their warranty. BUYER BEWARE.

    I have had the worst time communicating with this company about my cars extended warranty. I purchased this contract when buying a used vehicle about to surpass the 100k mile marker. When issues were identified, then quoted, the warranty providersa) failed to send an inspector within a timely manner b) did not communicate properly with those quoting and providing the car repairs, then lied about it c) were so cheap on the cost of parts that they required to send their own, which jeopardized the timely manner of my cars repairs d) did not even communicate with me about any updates on the coverage or my decision to use their parts (or front the cost). The car repairs could not even proceed as a result of their lack of communication with me, because I was unknowing of the claims status entirely. Oh, and yes, they lied about this, too. e) throughout the entire process I was going crazy trying to figure out what the heck was going on: why are the repairs taking so long? So in an attempt to find out I was reduced to phone tag and solving the communication issues for this company. In conclusion, this company derailed an important trip I was planning because, and I do not exaggerate, my car was sitting in the shop for TWO WEEKS, just WAITING for simple repairs to start. All because of their failure to communicate properly and their lack of care for contract holders. Learn from my horrible experience: Do NOT use this company for a 3rd party warranty.

    I must add: they did not provide me with any alternate transportation during this long time. Again, a failure to take responsibility for their mistakes.

    Sentry called the customer to elaborate on issues with this claim. We explained why the inspection took longer than normal, but the reason we sent inspector in the first place was because the repair facility was asking for $1659 more than comparable part and labor per Alldata ***** ******************** This claim did not warrant rental coverage because parts for this claim were readily available.
