***** and his crew are amazing! ***** came and helped when we had water coming from a light switch any time it rained. He found the source, dried us out, cut all the damaged area away, treated the house for mold and kept everything clean and contained while they worked. His communication and organization was great, as was his knowledge of the insurance process. He also helped us find a general contractor to complete our repairs and has walked with us through that entire process even though his part of the work was technically done. He is reliable, honest, and a man of integrity. Will call him first if we ever have any water mitigation needs in the future.

James Restoration was able to help with my remediation needs in a quick & timely manner. Everything was explained & possible solutions thoroughly explained. I found water damage in my laundry room on a Sunday evening before I was leaving for a beach trip with my family. I called James Restoration and he came out that evening to assess the problems. Then he immediately started some of the mitigation / restoration process. I left him my house key code and he came to my home, worked, and checked in on the progress every day while I was at the beach. He was able to successfully get my walls, subfloors, joists, and everything else dried out to the appropriate levels. James Restoration was fantastic! He was kind, helpful, explained everything as needed, and seemed to go above and beyond with his care for me and my house. He also worked really well with my insurance company. Everything was very smooth from start to finish. He also communicated very well throughout the process. It was really nice knowing I had someone doing this work that I could trust. Owner of this firm was incredibly generous with his time in diagnosing some very frustrating plumbing issues I was having with my toilet. He performed a very thorough inspection of my septic system and crawl space to identify the source of my plumbing issues, as well as isolate any potentially associated water damage. He identified the root cause of the issue and his suggested corrective action solved our problems immediately!
