    Mckowns cabinets Did my cabinets when my house got remodeled. I went with them because Archel told me they warranty did the hinges and the cabinets lifetime warranty he even gave me a whole spiel about how the old hinges he used to use broke all the time so he had switched to this new company. I experienced several problems during install. My cabinet started separating from the ceiling within two months after they installed them. The trim that Gary put up falls down he couldn’t be bothered to even put nails in it he tried to bring a piece of trim for the cabinets that didn’t even match and then got upset and mad and cussed at me when I wanted them to fix the coloring. As soon as they got paid they did not want to finish the work they didn’t even want to put the shelves in the cabinets they told me they would drop them off at my door and I could install them extremely ridiculous. I messaged them Monday morning to let them know several of my hinges are shattering and breaking Tuesday I received a call and they told me they were 10 minutes out and I told him I was walking out the door it was my daughters birthday I asked if there’s anyway they could come back another day Gary told me he would be back the next day to fix it because they had a job in Chesnee I said OK. Gary did not show up he did not call they did not answer my calls I have made calls numerous times every day with no answer to Gary to Archell to the shop no one will answer or return my calls finally today Gary respond to my text he cussed at me he was rude he told me that it would be a week or a couple weeks before he could get me the hinges my cabinet is already broke off and is laying on the floor I told them to at least drop the hinges off and I could have my husband fix it and he refuses then when I tell him I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau because there’s a lifetime warranty on them he continues to cuss at me and degrade me.
