    If you’re wanting a pool installed this is definitely the company to go with. Noah did a fantastic job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. The pricing was more than fair, all around a great experience!

    Noah and Josh bent over backwards for us. Literally cannot explain how grateful we are to them. Our installation went smoothly and exactly how Noah described. Josh was the most knowledgeable salesman about pools altogether. Altogether very satisfied with my installation and would (have) recommend(ed) them to anyone.

    He’s a criminal I live in Elgin South Carolina gave him a $17,000 amount of money. It’s been over a month and I have a hole in the sprinkler system destroyed with no pool. I’ve asked to speak to his legal team. He will not give me the contact his address is a ******* parking lot

    Dear Customer, A contract was signed by you on June 1, 2024. Where you supplied the deposit you spoke of in your initial message. Your complaint was applied on July 1, 2024. What you failed to communicate to the BBB and future customers is you bounced a check owed to us "due at the completion of excavation", without a clear answer as to why you bounced it. Following this action you gave us multiple "run-arounds" and excuses as to why you bounced the check. Then you refused to pay the amount owed to us contractually altogether. You had 3 weeks prior to this to look over to contract and bring to my attention any issues arising with our payment schedule. Once you signed our contract you were in a full agreement with us. You then tried to pay our supplier directly, which was not applicable by us. You then tried to negotiate the terms after the pool was ordered, which we could not do. You and my company then agreed that you would pay for the next installment in portions to move the process forward (which we made happen, even though this is not what our contract states at all). You agreed to wire transfer everything over July 5th 2024 by the end of the day so I can finish the ordering process with out distributor so we can get you on the schedule. As of July 6th 2024 at 11:45 AM, you have not responded to any texts, not submitted any proof of you sending or wiring your deposit over, and no money for your order has cleared. For any future customers reading this, please be advised that if this customer followed the "contractually and legally agreed upon terminology" that this review would not be posted. Legally signing a document protects my company, and you the homeowner. If you put a STOP PAYMENT on a check that is legally owed to us in the middle of the contract (meaning we have already done work on your property for said project), you are only stepping on your own toes. We cannot order a pool that is not paid for by the customer, and a bounced check is only delaying the process. On top of it, when you refuse to pay for work that has already been done, you really cannot go online and submit a review as to why we stopped work until remedy was made. Furthermore, this customers yard is not destroyed. We have to dig a hole and excavate before we put a IN-ground pool IN the ground. To address it as well, our shipping address is in an industrial park where we get a lot of our shipments and this address is NOT our office. ****** and maps bring you to the *******, but it is in the same lot, just a different building. I appreciate any future customers reading our response to this to learn how to have a stress free installation moving froward. We take care of our customers as long as you follow our contracted schedule. In the end, everyone should be happy!
