Brian B***** is the owner of I Tint in Greenville SC. He installed window tinting on most of the house for $6,800. One large window cracked and had to be replaced. It was promptly and correctly done. The window tinting has not yet been installed on the new window. Brian has only once answered my call. He said he needed to get it done and would be here the following week. He did not come or call to cancel. I have called and left as many as 20 messages. They are not returned. I have left contact information on his web site. I get no response. One window the tint film is peeling off. I left a message about that. This has been going on one year. I just want him to install the window tint on this large window and correct any peeling.

On April 27, 2022 iTint was called and they came quickly and tinted our front door glass door. We were charged $300. (receipt and cashed check in supporting documents) May 6 Our company (******* ****** Health and Wellness) called iTint on to remove the tint as it was too dark for our office. May 11 iTint came to remove the tint. I am a clinician and had to goto a treatment area with a patient. Our total charge that day was $200. Itint was paid at the time of services. When I came out of the treatment room, they had already left our office. There were significant amount of scratches noted on the glass after the removal. (itint did not send me a receipt, but the cashed check is included in the supporting documents) May 13 I, ***** *********, co-owner of ******* ****** Health and Wellness went in person to the itint location on Woodruff Rd., Greenville, SC and personally spoke with Brian the owner of itint. I told him about the scratches on the door that were not there previously. He said that this can occur when removing tint. I told him that he should have told me this prior to the removal. He admitted that he should have informed me about that, and that if I had a guy that repairs glass I should send him the estimate. I told him that I had someone that just came and installed mirrors and that I could see if they could do that kind of work. When I left itint, Brian the owner told me to send him the estimate. May 17. ***** ***** came to our office to write a quote to replace the glass on the door. (estimate included in supporting documents) May 17 An email was sent to Brian at itint ( email is included) May 20 **** ****** our front office staff called Brian about the estimate. He told her he would look at it tonight and get back to us. 5/24 Called itint again. No return call from itint 5/27 Second email attempt made. No return email or call 6/9. ***** ***** called itint. No return call or email received. 398.93 = new glass, 451.78 = decals
