Do not go to the cell doc store in Haywood Mall! The person that works there is an absolute liar. On the third attempt to fix our phone, the owner of the store was claiming that a screen crack that they did when they attempted to fix it last time was a new crack. This is an absolute impossibility as The cracks on the screen were from the clamps that he used when he attempted to fix the phone previously. The owner of the store is an absolute clear liar who will take your money and not provide quality service. Lies, lies, lies. Avoid the store and this owner at all costs. After this was posted, here was the reply: "Response from the owner... 4 hours ago Thanks for your review, we have warranty only the parts that we installed not other parts. You got fixed back glass and asking warranty for front screen." This is another lie. How do I know this? After dealing with this store owner's lies, I took the phone to an Apple Certified Service Provider. I can confirm that he is lying due to evidence. Evidence that when he "repaired" the back of the screen that....and subsequently tried to repair the flash as well, that he cracked the front of the screen and also put holes into the battery. I know this as a fact as before I came here, the phone was brand new from *****. The screen that they tried to replace it with was an aftermarket screen (can tell from the wrong QR Code) AND there were holes that were put into the battery (both of which were, I assuming due to an accident during the first and second repair). If he is not lying, then how did an after-market screen get put into a phone that was brand-new from *****.....and how did a battery get holes into it when the phone was brand-new from *****? Photos on ****** Rev's - cannot fake plain evidence of an aftermarket screen installation to attempt to hide the damage they did. As for the holes put into the battery...will have that replaced soon. *****-Certified service told me that happens from this store a lot!
