Paid my truck off in November of 2024 and canceled my GAP and requested the refund on it. In the process of canceling I was informed they owe me 200 and the check was going out Dec 2024. Global lending gave me a payoff quote on a vehicle and and after I sent the remaining balance of 32575$ that they made a mistake on the quote and that they won’t release my title until I give them another 190$ because of their mistakes…this company is very dishonest and parasitic…They lie they scam and I would NEVER recommend anyone under any circumstance to deal with company….i recorded call with and my attorney will be reaching out soonReview from Krystal V

After getting a breakdown of payments based on the information given , I have been overcharged more than 2k. Now they are trying to get those funds back . They have charged off the account and I can only make payments over the phone which has a fee for processing. My last 4 months of payments is not available to show . I wish I could give a negative review! This company is a complete joke. I have been trying to get my account back on track, and they will not help. They will not notate it when you call with a promise to pay, so then your car gets towed. I paid the next day to get my car back and now I have almost $400 in fees, and they said its because they lowered your payment to help you get your car back. Then, you pay on your account and are just about caught up since they moved a payment to the end of your contract (or so you thought), and go to make another payment and you owe even more since they have added more fees and never removed the payment. I am going to reach out to an attorney. I have asked several times for a copy of my account ledger so l can see all of my payments and the charges on my account, but when I ask, they won't respond. Call and ask for it, and they tell you they cannot provide that information. It's illegal not to provide that to the account holder asking for it! I am so sick and tired of this company!Review from Monica H

I paid my debt on time every month in which my payments were all processed within 24 hrs. I then I refinanced for a lower interest rate, AGAIN the pay off check was processed immediately. I had an over payment as I had a payment come due between the day of the quoted pay off amount and when the pay off check was received. I was told by GLS that I would receive my overpayment back within 10 buisness days. After not receiving anything, I called and once again I was told that I would receive my overpayment within 10 buisness days, again nothing. I called once again and then was told that I would receive my overpayment withing 30 to 45 days, 4 to 5 weeks. They can process all of my payments and pay off immediately but they can't refund my overpayment in a timely time frame and as I was told not once but twice?!?! Treat people the way that you expect to be treated!!Review from Charles G

WORST COMPANY EVERY. They double charge me back in August 2024. I’ve been fighting back and forth with this company for a refund. I’ve did EVERYTHING they asked even sent my bank statements from August-December to show the double payment they took and that I NEVER RECEIVED my refund from them. Worst company to deal with because this is a headache trying to get my funds back but the minute your 1 day past due their on your line asking for a payment.Review from Shirlena B

I work were I'm not allowed to use my phone, so I offer email instead. They won't work worth you. The call relentlessly about things that's wrong with their system. Out if four years i have had one polite and professional rep when I called. Now all you get is automated. I pay over my amount, missed one payment in for years do to work error which i provided paperwork and contacted them about and they after so nasty about it. Recently, paid them early, don't owe anything and they disabled my car without a call or email or notice. I checked. Couldn't get them on the phone, cost mechanic fees, **** fees, and time from work. Predatory company..unwilling to work with you to cut payments down. Tells you to go elsewhere to refinance because they don't refinance. Next car I get will never be through them.
