I went into the Stop A Minit located at Clemson Blvd. in Anderson SC. I believe it is store ****. I went into the store because I had paid for 20.00 of gas and also purchased a 13.00 car wash. Normally, when you pay for a car wash, you get a receipt with a code. I did not get the receipt with the code and walked inside hoping that the cashier would simply give the code to me so that I could get the car wash that I had paid for. He was wearing a cowboy hat and always does. He said that I was not charged for the car wash. I asked him again if he was sure because I seen acknowledgment of payment on the screen at the pump. He again assured me that I was not charged. I left the store thinking I had just purchased 20.00 dollars worth of gas and nothing else. When I looked at my banking app. the next day there was a charge to this location for 33.00. I called the station to talk with someone and got the same guy on the phone who was there that day. He had a really bad attitude about this and said he was going to call his manager and that I should call the cops to come to the store to meet them so that we could look at the cameras. I don't know why he felt the need to do this. It's not difficult to refund someone 13.00 back to their card. Instead, he chose to become very unprofessional and offered no return of my funds. I then called BP Corporate. They told me that they do not own the car wash and are not responsible for it. I asked how they can offer to take payment for it at their pump yet not be responsible when these things happen. I asked for the number to the car wash company and they offered me no information to help there either. I finally escalated the situation to my credit union to handle it. They are also having difficulty. I spoke with them today. The transaction took place on August 4th. It is on my banking station but no one involved with this location with acknowledge that it even happened. I believe the attendant took my money and he may do it often.

Purchased unleaded gas on 3/16/23 in amount of $62.00. When tank reached 1/4 full, engine started vibrating and truck was smoking. Took to dealer. They performed lots of tests and ended up taking some gas out and testing it. It was not all gasoline. There was another substance in the gas causing this problem. Cost us $397.16 to repair. Cannot get anyone from StopAMinit to return my calls. Have left voice mails, sent emails and called station on a regular basis. No one will respond.
