***************** frustration with this situation is absolutely the result of her failure to have a capable and reputable mechanic work on the vehicle. Upon repossession for nonpayment, we discovered the vehicle needed a catalytic converter. ************* ignored our VERY specific advice and wasted her own time and money by allowing an amateur mechanic to throw unnecessary parts at the problem. We discovered a large number of brand new parts in the vehicle that had recently been replaced but were completely unrelated to the vehicle's actual problem. We did what we could to help **************. She refused our advice and then stopped making payments. We wish her the best in the future.

*************, the frustration you experienced with the repairs is not something we're responsible for. Used cars are sold in as-is condition, and the buyer is responsible for all maintenance and repairs for the duration of the loan, even while making payments. We are not able to offer lifetime free repairs for these cars at these prices.

I purchased this car February 24, 2024, and I put down $1300 And my payments are $211 a month plus the CPI insurance which cost $118 a month. Ive had that car for three months And it has broken down twice. The first time I had paid $284 to get it fixed and out of the shop I had to get it towed and that happened One month after I’ve got the car. I have taken the car back to the dealership three days back to back after I purchased the car to complain about mechanical issues on the third day. He told me that I had an exhaust leak and that it would not mess up the car. It is currently May 10, 2024 and my car is on the side of the road I do not have enough money to fix it and keep making payments on it. When I brought the car, I was not aware of any mechanical issues. In fact when I test drove it, none of the lights were on, but they did have to jump it. The next day of me having the car, all of the lights were on and that’s when I decided to take it back to see what was wrong did not offer to trade it in and they did not offer To give me my money back. They also did not say that I wouldn’t need warranty when I brought the car in order for my problems to be fixed. They told me that my car broke down the first time. I knew it was a used car, but if I knew that so many problems I would not have brought it. Before I bought it. I told them I need a reliable four-door car for me and my daughter and they said no problem. We can get you into something right away. I got my car the same day without being warned about any issues. I want my case to be resolved and either a refund or a replacement. I cannot afford to keep making payments and getting it fixed because it’s not my car yet. I’m still paying on it. So out of curiosity of them I feel like they should at least give me A refund or a replacement. They also said that it would show up on my credit if I was to surrender my car even though it’s not my fault. They basically sold me a lemon.

    *** ******** purchased a 2010 Nissan Murano with a co-buyer 4/30/2022.

The total price of the vehicle was $9,730.75 including tax, title, tag, and processing.

*** ********'s vehicle was sold to her in used and As-Is condition with no warranty or guarantee. *** ******** was aware of this at the time of sale, as evidenced by her signature on the Buyer's Guide and other documents.

*** ******** and her co-buyer voluntarily surrendered the vehicle in January following their refusal to maintain the vehicle.

Our report on *** ********'s credit is accurate. We are not able to falsify credit reports to appease customers that break their contracts and make late payments. We aren't threatening to "flag" her credit. We ARE reporting accurately on her credit.

There is no such thing as a used car "lemon".

This vehicle was not a rental or a lease. Therefore, *** ******** was welcomed to trade the vehicle in on a new deal, but we can't just give her a different car eight months after purchase.

*** ******** should contact us should she or her co-buyer have any further questions concerning the date of purchase, the total price of the vehicle, or the terms of her contract.

We will not be issuing a refund, and we are not able to falsify credit reports.

Bought car from dealer, car was a lemon, took it back and they will not give me my money back. I gave them $2000.00

    Business response

We sell only used vehicles. These vehicles are sold in explicitly as-is condition, with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. This customer was made aware of that at the time of sale. In spite of this, we allowed the customer to return the vehicle and let them out of the contract they signed, but not before we had incurred registration costs. The customer also drove the vehicle and returned it with more miles and dirty. Our ONLY obligation to the customer was to collect the payments they agreed to make in their Buy Here Pay Here contract, but we allowed her out of the contract as a gesture of goodwill.

I bought a van off of them in the middle of February. I drove it for 6 days and it broke down. They decide to come and get it 2 weeks ago and I have been calling and emailing for the past 2 weeks with no response. Yesterday alone I called four times with no response. I either want my van back or my money back that I spent on this van this is ridiculous that I've owned it for almost 2 months and got to drive it for 6 days while it sets at their repair shop not being repaired.

On Saturday February 19 I went to purchase a used vehicle from palmetto wholesale cars. I needed a mini van being I have 3 boys and currently 7 months pregnant. They had one, the sale person reassured me it was good for a 22 year old vehicle. I wasn’t expecting nothing new but dependable to go from dr appointments to grocery stores runs. Well on the way home the vehicle runs hot and breaks down on me. I called them on Tuesday being Monday was a holiday and the made feel so low about my purchase. What I expected from a 21 years old vehicle is what the owner asked. I at least expected something reliable it but a vehicle and already to have to come out of pocket to fix major things already. Not to mention small things I notice and said I will repair like windshield wipers. This vehicle been sold to me with NO fluids power steering, coolant, and the oil need changes I only had the vehicle 2 days and they tell me I can’t get money back only they pay to fix and I pay them back for repairing it. This horrible service if you not going to service your vehiCles before selling them at least help fix them not charge the customer to fix the lemon you have on your lot. Any car lot should stand behind what you sell that’s your representation.
