    On 9/23/22, we purchased a Travel Lite 626XSL from Duke's Automotive, LLC. Our paperwork indicates a 2023 model. Not long after purchasing the camper, we talked with our local credit union to see if we could get a better interest rate. At that time, they could not find a 2023 Travel Lite 626XSL to figure how much they could loan on it. We did not pursue the loan at that time. After using our camper, we realized we would like a different bed set up. Seeing that Travel Lite had come out with what is known as a North/ South bed, we called Duke's Automotive, LLC on 12/29/23 and spoke with a salesperson about trading in our model and purchasing a newer one. The salesperson, also, acknowledged they could not find a 2023 626XSL to give us a fair value on our camper. They said they would handle it and get back to us. After one week, we called again and left a message to see if they had heard anything. We currently have not heard anything from them, After further checking, we found that the date of manufacturing is 3/31/2022 which is located on the sticker on the back of the camper and has a delivery date to Duke's of 4/25/2022. Upon research of our own on ***************** and Associates, there is a 2022 626XSL but not a 2023 626XSL. So, is this camper a 2022 or a 2023 and have we lost a year's worth of value due to being led to believe that on the purchase date, we were getting a 2023 camper? Just being totally honest, this stems from reaching out to Duke's and wanting to upgrade our camper by purchasing one and trading ours in, but now, because of no response, we feel that there is more to this discrepancy in dates than we thought and how many more people will be affected by this. We can't get a value for our camper because it seems not to exist in this style in 2023. VIN# *****************

    I am rejecting this response because: as the purchasers of this product, we feel like the responsibility to help resolve this issue should at some level come back to Dukes Automotive, LLC because they represent and sell Travel lites slide in truck campers. How can you sell a product and not stand behind it and help your customers who clearly have a valid complaint? According to *****************, there are no 2023 626XSLs. Based on your reply, you indicate that you are not going to help us with this issue. You must have a direct line with Travel Lite since you sell them, so why will you not clear this up. Again, you brought this issue to us when you said something was not right when we called to upgrade by buying a newer model from you. You never got back with us with a price because you know there is an issue. I am sure we are not the only ones you sold this to and  you would want to clear it up. Again, please show us where ***************** or RV Trader, at a minimum, acknowledges our camper as a 2023 626XSL that you, Dukes Automotive, LLC sold us.

    The title says 2023 i only sell what is provided to me i do not build or title them.   I consider this matter closed you received exactly what you bought.

    We bought a side by side from Dukes automotive during the first part of the summer and the thing has messed up three times already and it was purchased new! As of now they have had the side by side for over a month and will not pick up the phone when we call. We are paying for something my kids cant even enjoy we are about to make the third payment and my kids havent read it since around July 4th because of them! We have contacted the Manufacturer and our bank. The next point of contact will be a lawyer or small claims court. This place has very bad business practice and dont deserve to be open. One time they tell us to come get it and then we went to pick it up and still was not fixed. They also had hit something with it and messed up the fender on the driver side. I just want the problem fixed so my kids can enjoy their side by side.

    I am rejecting this response because: No one said you build them side by side and yeah my husband was still talking when yall hung up. No response we call unless we call from a number you dont recognize that is us. Also when we came to get it a few weeks back supposedly nothing was wrong per yall and now all
    the sudden a part needs to be ordered. Thats funny if you ask me! Also per the lady that works there when we mentioned the fender being messed up by your company she said the side by side hasn't Moved so how did you look at something and didnt move it??? My kids havent got to drive something That is being paid for since July and before that it was in the shop twice!

    First of all *********************** did not buy this unit.   The unit is ready for pickup and waiting for you.  parking brake is adjusted.  we did not damage anything here.   Its sitting outside you can pickup at any time during business hours and we would like it picked up asap as it is in our way.

    Purchased a brand new, not used or as is, BRAND NEW Bms Dune buggy. Arrived to me with dents, scrapes and surface rust on every panel along with mechanical issues. Received this unit and had no issues with the buying process but as soon as it was time to talk about fixing and replacing the unit, there was no one to be found. They would not call back, answer the phone and i have given them 4 Business days in total to respond and they have done no such thing. I run a small business in FL and am disgusted at this company. The unit arrived to me after paying **** for shipping a BRAND NEW NEVER USED UNIT, with broken sensors, a CV axle that wasnt in the differential, grease fittings not installed on the swing arms allowing moisture and rust to form in the bushings, coolant leaking from the coolant hoses, and thats just the mechanical flaws aside from the cosmetics which were NOT spoken of before purchase. Im staring at a 16 THOUSAND DOLLAR lawn ornament . Again, Brand new, not as is or used. My disappointment is high and i assure no one should purchase from this company. My unit is luckily under warranty through the manufacture whom have been notified of the issue and have been more helpful than the dealer itself. The manufacture is also disgusted in the dealers actions and has noted them for fraud. Here are pictures of how my unit arrived to me . The unit runs, but idles at **** rpm which makes it impossible to drive. Unfortunately a picture cannot show such issue.
