my services was shut off and locked over one ***** not being paid yes one ***** unbelievable thousands of customers it would make more sense just roll that over to the next bill cycle but their customer relations seems to think its practical to spend the labor for a work list and have a service personnel lock the meter out rather then roll a ***** over to the next bill and have to call to get it resolved unbelievably horrible customer relations to be so important ********************** who can go without it . would made more sense if the unpaid balance was much higher but a ***** just one whats the disconnect to your customers whatever it is needs to be fixed and I felt I was bullied by the company's process
