            Horrific place!! I brought my car to be serviced (3) times within 90 days for the back up camera during the 90 day warranty on the vehicle; and each time I brought it there they only replaced the camera instead of doing a further diagnostic on what was actually wrong with the back up camera. After the third time within the 90 days that they supposedly had fixed the camera, I called them back the next day and told them that the camera was still not working and had the same issue from day one when I got the car. The Service advisor lady told me to bring the car back within three years, which is the warranty on the camera and they would fix it. After all the back-and-forth and me having to drive like an hour to get there, I finally brought it Over again within One year, even though she told me three. They waited until the 90 day warranty was up to now tell me “ Oh, it’s not the Camera, it’s the wire that’s loose” And basically, I need to pay them approximately $800 and change to get it repaired even though The exact same problem has been standing for a year now and now they’re saying oh it’s probably something else that’s causing it not to work even though it is literally the exact same problem. Nothing changed. Got no help from the general manager or the service manager. All I got was a bunch of lying and back-and-forth on how they’re not going to be able to fix unless I paid $800 and change. Once again, not even offered a gas card or something due to me having to drive approximately a hour to get there just for them to not fix anything. They are horrible people, and I would never recommend them to anybody. The service manager was very disrespectful and was not willing to understand or show any empathy. I am very disappointed on how they treat their customers.

            We apologize for the way you feel about this. Our service department has tried to explain that after a year the concern is not the same as it was when the repair was first complete.

            I called about a new car. Everyone was pretending to be a manager. Car on internet showed 56 selling 65 new. Lying cheating anything to sell a car.

            Our General Manager spoke to this customer. The customer was never quoted a selling price higher than the internet price. The "65000" price was the MSRP on the vehicle. We are more than willing to sell the vehicle for the online advertised price.

            I was charged for 17 hours of labor on a job that takes 1 hour tops, also I was told I had a leak in my transmission but I have proof that I had NO LEAKS and had just replaced the transmission pan gasket and filter 2 weeks ago so that's impossible. I was charged $1,467 to replace a trasnsmission valve and the same day my check engine light came back on. I feel ripped off. This is the sunset location. Services were completed 4/16/2022

            This car had multiple issues when brought to us. We informed the customer of multiple codes in the vehicle. We did not charge the customer 17 hours of labor. The total was $1467 with over $600 in parts. The customer misread $17 in sealant.
