    After calling Bryan's Restaurant Service three times and following up each time the owner finally showed up to repair our dishwasher. Not only did he NOT fix the dishwasher in the process he pulled the machine out so aggressively that he disconnected the electrical power to the machine. After that happened, he spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner and an unbelievable condescending tone "Ma'am I have been doing this for over 30 years It's not my fault it came disconnected' our employee heard a popping sound as soon as he pulled the machine out that caused the issue. He then asked for his service fee for coming out, keep in mind he did not fix the original issue and now we had to hire an electrician to come back to fix the new issue HE caused. We are seeking a refund for his service fee as well as having Bryan's Restaurant Service pay for the electrician's bill, we received of $100.00.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/25) */ Hello to whom it may concern we will not settle this in this manner. You can let this customer know that we took pictures of our work while on site. Note an under counter machine is supposed to be pulled out from under the counter when it needs service and the drain and power should stay connected to do this in this case the power was too short as well as the drain to this machine. When this machine was pulled out to check there was a short in the wiring note the breaker never tripped during this and it should have tripped. I did my best to explain this to the customer's son that was in the bar as well as two different bar tenders and spoke with this customer over the phone while onsite behind the bar but she never seem to understand what I just typed. When I left I had told her when you get the power to the machine fixed I will come back with a longer drain hose and check the machine with power for further problems. Note as a service provider we are called to fix equipment not issues around or connected to the equipment. This machine has been pulled out of its spot and worked on several times before with no issues of the cord being too short. This is the first we have heard this said from no less than 4 different technicians. The cord did not have a short, it was separated from the machine when the technician pulled the machine out. My son, beertender and chef were present and called me on the phone. The technician was very rude on the phone. He was condescending and disrespectful as previously mentioned. I understood what he was saying , but he kept talking over me. The cord and power was never an issue with this machine and after he was there we were left with a machine that had no power and still not draining. My son paid him nonetheless. Bad business practice.
