  I purchased a 2015 Salem by Forest River camper on 6-25-2024 from Billy D****** of RV Consultants located at 1682 Browns Ln , Lugoff South Carolina , 29078 . I was given a 30 day written Major Warranty . I contacted Billy the day of delivery because there were several issues . #1 , The slide out for the bedroom wasn't working and had to be rewired at the switch . Billy spoke directly to a certified RV repair man and Inspector that i met named Brandon Krystofiak and he told the repair man to fix that issue and check out the rest of the complaints . He checked everything out and the total bill was $704.68 . Billy's Wife sent me $250.00 out of the $704.68 and that's it . I had to pay the balance of $454.68 . #2 The furnace is not working for heat . #3 The oven doesn't work properly . #4 The tires on the camper are dry rotted and Very Dangerous . I'm scared to try and move it anywhere . I did not notice them when i looked at it .#5 The wiring harness for the rear stabilizers was cut and disabled . # 6 The fresh water tanks water pump was broken and Brandon replaced it because I could not use the water at all . It was a HIGH PRESSURE SALE . That's why Billy gave me the 30 day warranty . He has ignored my efforts to make the repairs needed . He is a Liar and does not Honor his words or his Warranty . A repayment to me for $1,500.00 would fix these issues . I really like the camper and have spent a lot of money doing small stuff to it like replacing the burnt 12 volt lights , Repairing the shower liner that had some small cracks . I've replaced the bathroom vent fan and screen and also the over oven hood's light and vent fan motor . I have repaired the rear stabilizers and Brandon replaced the fresh water pump . I have spent MANY hours cleaning and repairing and i hope you can get me some JUSTICE . I like the camper and want to keep it , But Mr. D****** needs to honor his word and written warranty . I have sent documentation documents that are included . ***** ******

  On August 23 we contacted Romeo D****** through ******** marketplace to purchase a 2015 RV. The purchase price was listed at $9750 and stated they were no issues with the RV We drove to Buford, Georgia When we got there, we met with Romeo. The camper was located at a storage facility owned by his grandfather. He had issues showing us that all the mechanical items, and the RV Because he was hooked up to a 20 amp versus a 30 amp outlet. Due to this He agreed to give us a 30 day warranty. He assured us that they did a 100 point inspection to make sure everything worked on the RV. We purchased the RV for $9750 and agreed for it to be delivered to land in Jonesboro The RV was delivered on August 30, but the keys to the door and panels were not included Over the next two days, we tried to contact Romeo and his grandfather We were told his grandfather had and was in Florida, but would bring them back on Saturday and they would get them to us On Monday morning, we were able to get in touch with the grandfather who said he had actually mailed the keys from Florida on Friday They mailed the keys to Rowland that does not have a mailbox We were told to buy and replace the lock on the door When we tried the air conditioning unit, only one fan would work We contacted Romeo and his grandfather who said it was not included in their warranty This company appears to be a scam and is only operating in Georgia due to litigation pending in South Carolina They advertised a 2015 RV but sold us a 2012 RV with mechanical issues. They are unwilling to except return of the RV or fix the issues with it

  My family purchased a 2013 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite 8319ss from RV consultants. Their sister company is based in Buford Georgia. For $7500. On January 11th 2024 The purchase price was agreed upon sole on the bases that a busted shower glass would be repaired, a new exterior door would be shipped to our address and they would deliver the RV to our desired location. The RV was delivered as promised however the shower glass was replaced with cheap plexiglass and not the original shower glass. And the exterior door was never shipped as promised. My husband and I have reached out several times through text messaging and calling the cell phone number provided with no response as to an update on the door or tracking number. I was able to contact a second family member of the business and explain the situation to him and he has also refused to answer my questions or offer a resolution to this situation. The listing was advertised as ready to live in and or travel in which was false. Due to the severe damage to the door. It was not able to shut properly. ****************************************************************
