Not enough panels, therefore not enough kilowatts produced. Did not keep their promise regarding monthly payments.

I’ve been dealing with this company since January regarding a reimbursement, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite numerous promises from the director of communications and development, including more than half a dozen specific timelines, none have been kept. Every time I’ve waited far beyond the promised period before following up, only to discover that nothing has been done unless I reach out. On September 26, 2024, I was told yet again that the reimbursement would be processed within 3–5 weeks. It’s now been 11 weeks with no resolution or contact from the company. I’ve attempted to follow up multiple times, but I still haven’t received any clarity or action. This situation has been handled in an unprofessional manner, and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable. I would advise others to avoid this company unless they want to deal with endless delays and poor communication.

I have been back and forth with them for 3 years because I am wasting so much money having these panels on my home. I can never get someone to help me, I always have someone new take over my case because apparently their employee turnover rate is outrageous, and when I told them I want them off of my house I was told to take it up with the loan company, who of course cannot do that. I do not recommend this company to a single soul out there, they are a complete scam.

Can't give 0 stars, for starters. This is definitely a waste of time. The same 10 inverters are always out, and I'm on 2 years with these things. Also post-Helene, these are absolutely pointless if you do not have generators with them, which is extra couple of grand. So overall in debt paying the same amount I would pay for my electric bill for my home if I didn't have them. You can't get them removed due to some contract, and you won't get ANY value if you try to resell them. They gave me some company to try and sell them to (Dimension I believe) and I was literally told I will only get about ONE DOLLAR PER PANEL, and they only will accept a 100 MOQ on them. When you're on a 55K contact with them. The so called energy credit you get from the electric company it merely PENNIES compared to how much electricity you use on a daily basis on top of that. So please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. What makes matters worse, they try to say that they're Pearl Certified. Please explain as to how it is any better when the debt is still there and have not helped me at all with the value of my home, if I'm not saving any money on them. You can go to my Google reviews and see every listed complaint I have since I had them. Was first given a list of installers that I have to PAY to take them off, then someone else come back around and say yeah, you can't take those things off. So which was it, if you guys don't keep in communication with each other. Even when you're still within warranty THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU, so good luck. I invite the people who previously gave 5 stars to come back and say how the panels made their debt any better.

This company has been a nightmare since we got the panels. We’ve had it almost 2 years and haven’t saved any money. The battery didn’t work for at least a year, they replaced it and still nothing. They broke our sprinkler system when they installed the panels which they said they’d come out and fix and never did. The panels also blew our fuse box and our downstairs was without power and we had to pay hundreds for someone to come fix it. We called our electric company and they said ppl with panels never pay what we are paying. $450 for our bill bc we aren’t using the panels- bc they aren’t installed correctly. We keep getting the run around , and they are telling us it’s the electric company. If this isn’t resolved immediately, come take the panels off and take us to court. I refuse to pay for something that’s not working.

This is the worst system in the world. I want someone to contact me right away and get these stupid panels off my house!!!! They are worthless and this company is worthless. We have not benefited from this system what so ever. It has done nothing but cause us stress! I will not pay another dime on this system. We have a newborn now, we cannot keep dealing with this stupid system going down or tripping our power off completely and we just be without power. I mean this happened again just yesterday evening. And what's even more pathetic is there was no way to reach anyone at empwer. We had to get help from the power company to get our stuff to come back on. You cannot sell someone something and it just not work what so ever but expect that we just deal with it. You can come and take it back, we want nothing to do with this solar crap another day!!!! We have not had these panels at full function for even a full year.

The sales material presented by EMPWR Solar LLP to the Homeowner was inaccurate and misleading. The contract was presented on an I-tablet, and the only Terms and Conditions seen were the ones selected by the Sales Representative. Did not review a physical copy. Three months later when the final hard copy contract was received by the Homeowner, it was drastically different than the initial discussion and presentation. The differences were the amount to be financed, the length of the financial period, and how the incentives would be applied to the gross amount being financed. I was later determined that there was absolutely no way the incentives could be applied, as shown in the Figures of the Sales Presentation, within the first 16 months of the contract. Both EMPWR and Dividend Finance, LLC showed these incentives being applied within the 16 months period, thus reducing the amount to be financed from the 17 months going forward. This is impossible because the incentives are tax credits applied over a 20-25 years. Because of this the amount to be financed is at least double than originally thought and after the 16 months the monthly finance payment is increased by approximately $90. This essentially wipes out $22,000.00 savings. All of these conditions were never discussed at the time of the sale and represent a FALSE sales presentation as to when the incentives were to be applied. Anyone considering solar should absolutely be sure they understand the financial arrangement and how the Federal and State Incentives are applied prior to signing any contract.

Hi everyone! Let me start by saying that I work for a solar company completely outside of my area who admittedly was my preference. I know how amazing they are and I know some of the games played by some reps and companies who don't even do their own installs or management of their panels but they aren't accessible in GA. As such I screened many Solar companies (7) to be exact and none came close to earning my business except for EMPWR Solar. Some solar companies told me it would take up to a month and even came with marketing offers like free for a year. EMPWR Solar was straightforward with me, took the time to sit down with me and explain everything they had to offer and I even tried to counter it with other companies and not a single one could compete with their service or offer. They installed my panels and battery in less than 8hours and were on their way. Very minimal proof of them even being here was also a great showing of their respect for my property and home. Their customer service rep appointed to me is second to none. As a Veteran and one who worked in customer service as a YN1 all around the world I can honestly state she is the BOMB!!!! half the reason my business with this company has been excellent is because of her and the salesman who came to my door. I do not like Salesman bothering me at home and he was so cool I almost invited him to hang out with us. My energy has gone down by half and I only had the panels up for three weeks and this was prior to getting the new meter from the utility company. I'm now signed up to the app and can check daily production and in the short 50 some days i've had panels, I've already had to use my battery once when the power went out during the day for no reason and everything worked perfectly and I was able to do my job at home remotely with no lapse in internet connection. If you're in EMPWR Solar's area and you're looking around stop wasting your time and go with them. I screened the rest, they are the best.
