            We love Garden City Realty. We have stayed 2 years in a row at Amazing ****** I did think it needed a deep cleaning this time and wrote them about some things. But that did not keep our family from having a wonderful vacation. *******************

            Excellent customer service and excellent experience. Our vacation week was fantastic thanks to a smooth encounter with Garden City Realty. The email communication was superb and not having to go to the office to check-in was a delight. We went straight to our condo, used the key code that we had been given and walked right in. We have already booked a second trip for September and cant wait to be back. Thank you GCR for a wonderful respite from reality!

            Used Garden City Reality for the 2nd year in a row! They are wonderful to deal with and I recommend them highly. So thankful my friend told me about using them for our vacation rentals. Both units were great. When we had a problem last year they were quick to respond and take care of everything. Checking in could not have been any simpler.

            I have rented vacation homes off of Garden ************ for 10 years , they are the best of the best. Everyone there is so very helpful and they really do go out of their way to make sure that we had the perfect vacation. ?? I am so excited to have booked with them again already for next year.

            I've have renting from garden city for the past 10yrs this first time I have had a problem with them but I rented a condo for 3 weeks were on day 13 we had central air the first 24 hrs and have had none since the first day I have contacted them on August 27th and they sent someone right over worked for an hour or so quit again this went on till the 29th then I was informed that they had to get a hold of hoa. To get a plumber in to fix it well that was the 5th they told me the plumber would be here on the 7th waited all day no plumber my dad has copd this is ridiculous they wouldn't change condos I think they should've gave some kinda of refund but they just want me to **** it up

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the condo complex HOA; therefore, it was not within our control. We are truly sorry you and your family had to go without A/C for as long as you did. Likewise, we understand how disappointing it was for you and empathize with your father. We agree we could have done a better job communicating with you and hope the refund we provided relieved some of your frustrations.
