    HI ****, I DID LEAVE YOU A PHONE MESSAGE MY HUSBAND AND I TALKED IT OVER AND KITCHEN-AID IS AN UPGRADE SO WE WILL LET SWIFT REMOVE THE BROKEN MACHINE AND REINSTALL THE NEW ONE AT NO COST TOO US AS LONG AS IT IS THE KDTM404KPS WE WILL GO WITH OPTION 2. THE QUESTION WE HAVE WHEN DO THEY THINK IT WILL BE READY TO INSTALL , ARE WE LOOKING AT A MONTH, WEEKS, DAYS, AND THE CONTRACT THAT I PURCHASED FOR THE FIRST DISHWASHER WILL THE CONTRACT ROLL OVER FOR THE NEW MACHINE I PAID $ ****** FOR THE CONTRACT TO CENTRICITY COMPLETE CARE APPLIANCE THOSE ARE THE QUESTION WE HAVE BEFORE WE SIGN OFF ON THE NEW MACHINE I HOPE THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM THANK YOU ***** AND *****************************.

    ***** Swift with Swift Appliance spoke with ***************************. ******************** agreed to let Swift Appliance replace the defective dishwasher with an upgraded KDTM404KPS at no additional cost to the customer. Install will take place on July 13, 2022. Swift Appliance also agrees to work with the warranty company Centricity to get the extended warranty transferred to the new unit.
