I received a handwritten card from ************* stating "would like to buy your house.....". Calling the number (blocking my own), I was directed to dial "thus & so" (red flag) to reach my party, which, of course I did not do. This is a ploy to make it look as if you are the instigator of a transaction. Anything that can be done to stop these type of approaches will be appreciated by all.

I have contacted this business on several occasions to inform that MY HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE. The last time I called this business to inform them MY HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE someone hung the phone up while I was talking. I DO NOT WANT TO SELL MY HOME. DO NOT CONTACT ME.

This person keeps sending me cards claiming to try to get in touch with me about selling my home. I have informed her my home is not for sale and to please stop the mailings. She continues anyway.

We received a postcard in the mail with a picture of our home on it. Amy Hix said she was interested in buying our house specifying our address with the house picture from Google maps. We did not authorize this advertisement and if this postcard has been sent to others, it appears we are ready to sell, which we are not. I feel like this is an invasion of our privacy for business purposes. When I called to complain, the gentleman hung up on me explaining that the picture can be viewed by anyone from Google maps. No permission was given to this company to advertise our home and we did not seek out this company to buy our home. Please do what you can to stop this sort of advertising for gain. Conveniently, the business name was not given on the postcard, only the name of the realtor who is an associate in this company. We are concerned that this might be an attempt to gain access to the title of the house which would mean we would lose the house. Sincerely, ***** ******** **********@hotmail.com
