    Palm Beach Tan. In Oct 2024 I went into this tanning salon. I asked to cancel my account with them. They said I could put a hold on my credit card instead. I asked why on hold? They said it will just save the step of swiping my credit card when I am ready to reinstate my charges. I said ok. They NEVER indicated a fee or charge to do this. All I did was put a hold on my credit card. I understood that I could not use any of their equipment until I reinstated my card. On their app and website NO SUCH indication of charges to put a HOLD on credit cards. I have been charged $7.88 TWICE. I've tried the 'contact us' email. No response. I've tried the phone number listed on my bank app. No response. I did not want to report them, however, these charges need to stop immediately. Their store says to contact corporate thru the app or website, which I've done. ************** is the number on the debit amount on my bank charge in Nov and Dec debit charges. Once again, no response. There is no way to contact this company, resulting in a response. Guess I'm forced to dispute charges. This company really needs to make themselves available, by responding, to customer needs. Every way they have given to contact them have FAILED in responding. Palm Beach Tan in Powdersville, SC.     Communication was from Customer Care was attempted on 12/5 to customer. We were successfully able to speak with customer on 12/18, a refund was processed on 12/18 in the amount of $15.76 back to the customer's card. There was a miscommunication with the customer initially when deciding on our Stay and Save Program, customer was not aware there was a $7.88 monthly fee for this. Customer is ultimately satisfied and will be returning in Spring.

    I had a membership with palm beach tan and someone hacked our account and we had to get a new credit card. We just got our card yesterday and normally the payment drafts on the 4th of every month - they did not reach out to tell me the payment didn’t go through and are trying to charge me $10 to reinstate my account. In my company we give buyers 3 attempts before canceling and notify them. This is absolutely ridiculous and I was told the only way to fix this is to talk to corporate and their management team can’t do anything- what is the point of having management then? This is a very shady way for their business to try to get more money and I was a member of ultra tan for a few years before palm beach tan took over with these shady policies.
