    I purchased a tool that was advertised as an orthopedic medical tool. However when the product arrived it had been removed from its original packaging and was wrapped in bubble wrap. The tool was actually a pair of gardening shears from Fiskars and not a medical device. The business has refused to reimburse me for the amount of $40.48. Note that these gardening shears sell at many retail stores for $15. I contacted the business via email for a refund - below is a copy of that correspondence. Note that they clearly state that the company has sold thousands of gardening shears falsely advertised as a medical tool. I believe this is ground for a much more significant fraudulent case impacting thousands of unknowing consumers. My credentials as a physician enabled me to quickly determine that the tool was not a medical tool.Email correspondence:You can also be reviewed online. Let's stop playing this game. I see you live in a X dollar home. Really you are that hard up over some shears. We have sold thousands of these.You are acting like a child here. They are absolutely not designed for Orthopedic Cast Removal.

    They do not answer phone calls. Nor return them. The email agent gave out several false statements and then denied doing so when they were in writing. They then after our last disagreement, within 30 minutes subscribed my personal email to about 15 different websites They gave our my protected information which is illegal. I also use this email for 2 things, so I absolutely know it was them. They refused to cancel my order several times, then refused to provide me with any proof that they did so. I highly doubt that I will receive the product I ordered because it’s either a scam or ran by a petty child.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a refund as I was told on 8/23/23 would occur. It has been 6 weeks and nothing on my bank statement.
