    Dear *** or Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Tax Bandits, located at: Tax Bandits SPAN Enterprises ****************************************************************************************** ************** Tax Bandits has engaged in deceptive and fraudulent business practices regarding the processing of tax forms (1099-A and 1099-OID) for my company, Excellent Enterprises, **** After submitting and paying for their services, after 2 weeks of waiting for my forms to be filed, I sent them an email inquiring about the delay, then I was contacted by them with unwarranted inquiries regarding sensitive information about my relationship with companies involved in these filings. If they thought it was fraud, why did it take them 2 weeks to contact me & why was it after I asked about the delay with my forms? I would also like to point out I used another company around the same time, to file 1099-A & 1099-OID for Fortune 500 companies & all of them were accepted by the *** in 3 *********** provide the exact same service as Tax Bandits but Im still waiting for my forms to be filed with ************************* refuse to give me a refund. So, I would like them to do their job & file my forms immediately This is in direct contradiction to their publicly stated policy, which clearly asserts that they "will never reach out asking for sensitive information." As a result, I believe they are intentionally delaying the processing of these filings. Moreover, they are charging fees while failing to provide the promised services. I have serious concerns that this constitutes fraud. I request an investigation into their business practices and urge you to take action to prevent further misconduct affecting other customers. I am attaching all relevant documentation, including communications with Tax Bandits and the fees paid. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

    You have not provide any evidence or documentation proving that you hold the necessary authority to act on behalf of these organizations. As a result, and in line with our commitment to protecting businesses from fraudulent activities, your account will remain locked until you provide the requested proof. The allegations youve made in your complaint are completely false and misleading. Our actions are not only appropriate but necessary to safeguard the integrity of the tax filing process and the interests of the companies potentially affected by these fraudulent claims.

    On August 1, 2024 I was charged $47.88 by 123paystubs. I never received any merchandise or services from this company. I have sent multiple emails and the refer me to another website called paystubs.com. I have called over and over again because I want my money back. I have no clue how they got my card information except the black web or some type of scam. This is a fake payroll company it should be investigated immediately. Most important I want my money back to my Mastercard account that ends in 0877.

    Sept 1, 2023-date of purchase Sept 6, 2023-date of caught error Sept 6, 2023-date emailed company to fix incorrect calculations on paystubs.Sept 6, 2023-company told me to manually fix errors.Sept 6, 2023- sent them back paystubs that had been calculated incorrectly.No response Sept 7, 2023-told me they were going fix anything to manually do it myself Sept 7, 2023-requested refund Sept 12, 2023-denied my request and did not fix nor give me a refund. I cant upload document due to name, social, and personal information being shown.

    I am a customer asking for a refund. This company would not correct my paystubs after sending me incorrect calculations. They would not correct their mistake. Then, after asking for a refund, they told me no.

    Upon conducting a thorough review of your paystub calculations, we have confirmed that our service accurately processed the calculations as per the information provided to us. Our system is designed to meticulously calculate paystubs based on the input data, and we stand by the accuracy of our calculations.   In addition, this client has 4 different accounts and has completed 18 paystubs.  Weve created all the paystubs using the same calculations and never had an issue. The calculation from our end works fine.  

    We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and the accuracy of our services. We understand the importance of accurate paystubs and are dedicated to resolving this matter in a timely and effective manner.  If there was any evidence to support the idea that there was a software issue, we would consider a refund, but since the software worked as intended, this transaction does not qualify for a refund according to our policy - *********************************************************************;
    Please see the following screenshot of an email response to your initial contact.   As you can see here, we provided instructions on how the user can make any necessary edits as needed.  This type of change must be completed by the user because only the user would know the correct information to input.

    I am rejecting this response because: the calculations on the paystub were incorrect. I had to write it in myself because the your system *** was incorrect following the pay amount on the previous two stubs. 
    Attached are picture. I had 4 in total and the *** should not be lower on the most current stub and higher in the previous pay period?

    We appreciate your feedback. We've reviewed the calculations on the paystubs and stand by their accuracy. Notably, you generated four paystubs consecutively on the same day, which may explain *** variations.  Additionally, we have noticed that you have several other accounts on 123PayStubs, so perhaps there is some confusion on which account you are looking for.    Please note that the system allows each user to adjust the *** total as necessary.   

    When a client uses the software mid-year, the system will generate a calculation for the *** totals based on the pay rate and time period.  If this is not correct, the user can manually adjust as needed.  There is no way for our paystub service to be able to determine the accurate *** info for payrolls that were processed outside of 123PayStubs.

    Our system operated as designed.  Our refund policy doesn't apply as there's no software issue. We previously shared instructions for user edits, as only users have the necessary data to complete this info.

    May ***** 2023 I did some pay stubs using this company then discovered it was the incorrect year so I emailed them which took 24 hours and let them know of the mistake. I spent $79.00 on an order discovered the mistake and email them in which they stated no refunds but the customer needed their pay stubs so I spent an additional ***** twice then $43.00. I wouldhave been okay with a credit but they refused that also I just want my $79.00 they only communicate through email it is not professional to take a customers money

    What this customer has alleged in his complaint is not the full story.  Please see the attached chat screenshot regarding this interaction 

    We are deeply concerned about the use of foul, abusive, and despicable  language directed towards our team. We value professionalism and respect, and such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.   We will never accept such language directed to any of our team members, no matter who the client may be.   

    Our refund policy does not allow for refunds after services have been rendered. While exceptions can be made in certain circumstances, we find that these circumstances do not warrant an exception.

    Consequently, we have decided to discontinue our business relationship with this person, and they are prohibited from using our service going forward.
