    September 2022 I took my **** ****** to them to have them rebuild the transmission after they rebuilt the transmission in my truck the previous month. I chose this business as there were no reputable transmission shops around me and they were 45 minutes away. Immediately after I got my car back from them I started having issues with it. I called and drove it back up there and they fixed it. About a month after that it started leaking a huge puddle of fluid in my driveway. I called and told them and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. About 3 weeks after that they said it was fixed and I came and picked it up. Another month or so it was back to leaking transmission fluid. I drove it back down again and it was fixed. Came back down to get it and let it sit for awhile. Now here ******** months later and there is another huge puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway. I called tuesday may 30th and told them I wanted a refund because after fixing the leak 3 times it still wasnt fixed. They said they would send a tow truck for it again and never showed up. At this point i need my money back since they obviously never fix it on top of all the gas Ive wasted driving down there and having to have my driveway cleaned 3 times

    ****************** has has a one year warranty on his transmission effective until 9-6-23. Each time ****************** has brought his vehicle or it has been towed-no leaks or issues have been found with the transmission. We even left it parked on a concrete pad at our business for several days with no leaks noted. On the last telephone correspondence with ******************, he was told to bring the car and we would check it, because again, no issues have been found with the car such as leaks when we have checked it. ****************** is welcome to bring his car again as we do not have a tow truck driver at this time. No refund will be issued because no problem has been found that ****************** claims is happening.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It is most certainly still leaking. last week when I called I was told on Friday they would send a tow truck to pick up the car and I waited all day Friday and no one ever came. And when I called they did not answer my phone call. Every time I pick it up after its fixed Im told they replaced something different but it is still leaking
