    • Went to hair salon on 12/20/2023 • Hairstylist was Spencer New • Had to pay $400 • She completely messed my hair up ( i have photos of hair and receipt if needed) • She BURNED and BLISTERED my scalp and i woke up the next day with scabs all over my scalp. ( I have proof of that as well) • She gave me the complete opposite color of what I asked for and made my hair 50 different shades of orange. • She is well aware of how bad she made it look and was making fun of me by saying stuff like " I wouldn't part it on your right side or down the middle because it looks very orange and patchy right there." and "You look like ***** ******** mom off of ***** ******" and " At least it looks better than it did when you came in". • She new she didn't have the time to take me in and was rushing through the whole thing. It looks very messy. • I have emailed, messaged, called and been to the salon twice since this has happened. The owner and spencer have all ignored me and i have proof of that. Everytime I go in person they tell me the owner isn't there which i know is a lie because her car was parked out back. • I have provided the owner with all the pictures and the receipt and she has yet to respond. • I asked if they could fix my hair or if i could have a refund and they completely ignored that too. • I texted them off of a different phone to see if they were ignoring me and they answered that text but when they found out who it was and what i wanted they didn't respond after that. • At this point I don't trust them to touch my hair anymore. They've been so unprofessional that i'm scared they would purposely mess it up more or burn me again. With that being said I want a refund. • I HAVE SCREENSHOTS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, I JUST CAN'T GET THEM TO UPLOAD BUT I WILL SEND THEM TO SOMEONE IN EMAIL OR SOMETHING.
