On February 8th I went to get my Mercedes s550 cleaned at the 2171 E Main location, after getting home minutes later I realized what a horrible job the drive thru cleaning did and obviously was not interested in ever utilizing this car wash again. upon arrival at the car wash they have an attendant upselling a monthly contract for a discounted rate and I figured as much as I have the car washed it would be a smart savings over the long term and was told as part of their sales pitch that I can cancel at any time. Three days later as verified with my attached e-mails I followed their procedure to cancel knowing that I would never return and the next month they charged my card they have on file again , So I emailed a second time as well drove back to the location and spoke to an employee that literally responded that she was not suprised a bit and that she has several customers a month coming in angry because they are being charged like me after making several attempts to cancel. Yet again on 04/05/2024 they just charged my card again after requesting twice via e-mail and once personally on site to cancel and remove my card from their system. I am owed $40.00 for the last 2 months they have been charging my card without authorization and want my information removed from their system , this is just shameful !!!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have submitted a refund request for 3/5, however on my end I am not seeing the 4/5 transaction. May you please provide a copy of your banking statement that shows the 4/5 transaction cleared. Once verified a refund will be processed for that transaction.

I went to wash my 2000 Ford Excursion on May 09, 2023 and was greeted by the workers there. I told them I would like the best package. I then was in the wash bay as they prepared my vehicle for the wash using bug removal spray, which I wasn’t aware of the chemical before use and assumed it was a pre-rinse. After coming from the wash I noticed a water like residue on the hood of my vehicle so I informed one of the workers there about my issue and was given 2 additional washes to remove the water stain. The marks was not removed and the worker informed me that he and another worker noticed my vehicle did not come in that condition before the wash and made a report on paper then informed the manager on site. The worker then informed me that the manger would have to review the camera footage and get back to me. A day later on May 10, 2023 I did not received a response from the manager to resolve my issue. I then called the office with no response and left a voicemail. I proceeded to return to the office and was greeted by the staff there. They informed me that the manager was on the phone and he could not resolve my issue due to the age of my vehicle. I then asked if I could speak to the manager personally and the staff informed me that he was still on the phone so I told him that I would wait until his call was done. I waited for 20 minutes upset that his staff members was relaying messages to me instead of the manager on site coming to apologize and seeing how we can resolve the issue. Another member came out and said nothing could be done. When the manager finally came outside he informed me that they are not responsible for my hood and that I should buff it out myself. He also said my vehicle was too old and that insurance would not cover the damages done by the chemicals used on my vehicle because it is a 2000 model vehicle. I asked to get the information on the owner and was told he’s going to tell me the same thing and he would do nothing then gave me a email.
