    This is the worst waste management company I have ever experienced in my existence of being alive. They are never on time for the trash every single week And every single month that we’ve used them consistently. The trash is always out on time and has never picked up the day. It’s supposed to be picked up even when we call them. They come on their own time to pick up the trash. The one time we were late, bringing out the trash And they came by they charged us for them to come back and pick it up. However, there has been weeks on weeks where the trash was sitting out and they have not come at all that week. There is never an explanation on why they don’t come or why they’re never on time. “They just get to it when they get to it.” If I’m paying for a product or service, I expected to be Done on a consistent basis, not on your own time. Today is January 5, 2024. It is a Sunday. The trash is still sitting in front of the house when it’s supposed to be picked up on January 3 which is a Friday in the morning. This is a consistent issue that not only myself but every other person. Dealing with this company is going through and you can check the reviews and reach out to those other people as well. This company works at their own pace and their own time. If you provide a product that I’m paying for I would just like the job done on time each week consistently. In 27 weeks of me being here using their product they have been on time exactly 4 times. Which is absolutely absurd.

    Customer cancelled setvice and paid final bill. Customer attempted for 2 weeks to return trash can. Customer contacted owner of business, he told customer he would come by personally to pick up the trash can. Customer sat trash can outside, trash can sat out until 10 pm. Owner never came to pick it up. Did not respond to text messages either from Customer.

    Services were initiated on April 18th, 2024. I prepaid for the year $240. The business committed to weekly pickups on Tuesdays unless it was a holiday, then pickup would be the next day. Since the initiation of services, the company has not picked up trash consistently and I have requested to cancel services 3 times and receive a refund. I was instructed today by the owner that their contracts don't normally exceed 3 months and they don't normally issue refunds. He asked that I give him a follow-up call on Friday to allow him the opportunity to review what has been going on with other staff members. He said he was not made aware of my ongoing issues, but his staff assured me that he was. A staff member picked up their trashcan on 7.19.24. I was promised a new trash can over the weekend because the trash can delivered to me reeked. After texting the owner twice without a return text or phone call, I initiated services with another trash collector, asked that my services be canceled, (AGAIN), and that I be issued a refund for my prepayment.

    I have canceled service of this company due to poor service. Their pick up was not regular. Dumpsters and cans running over due to inconsistency. Causing us to get county notice. A dumpster fell apart and they did not remove it. They pushed it back on our property promising to get it next day. Still there. I asked for a final bill, all dumpsters and cans to be removed by Dec 25, 2023. This is March 4, 2024 and we still have a dumpster on property with communication 3-4 times a month. They do not do what they are supposed to do or what they promise. What an ordeal. We are a rental business. I would like the dumpster removed with the final bill cancelled. We have stored his Equiptment so far free of charge.

    I have been a customer of Johnson Sanitation since 2001; the service has been satisfactory. For the past ten or twelve years, upon receipt of the invoice, I have always sent one check for the yearly service. I sent a check in March 2022 as usual for the year and noted in the memo on the check as always. In March of 2023 I noticed an extra $25.00 charge for 2022. Surely that was a mistake. I sent Johnson a copy of the check stated the bill was paid for 2022 and I was not going to pay the $25.00. They never responded. They graciously ignored me and I received the next invoice a couple of weeks ago with the extra $25.00 added. I called and spoke with Donna. There was an increase in 2022. Johnson accepted and cashed my check for payment for a year and never contacted me via letter, telephone or e-mail about an increase. As of now, I'm still waiting to hear from the owner. This behavior of the company is egregious. I'm not responsible for their inadequate bookkeeping. Johnson had six months in 2022 to notify me of the increase and felt it was insignificant to do so. You can't ignore customers and expect your business to flourish. I am not responsible for an unknown $25.00 addition to my bill for a new year.

    I cancelled my services with these people over a year ago and they continue to send me bills through my mail and email after talking to two different receptionists and the owner Clyde J****** informing them that I had canceled my service with them because they were undependable and went with someone else. I have attached my dates of my conversations and current bill I received today (07JAN23). I have NO balance with these people and have proof of last payment over a year ago. There are many complaints about this company from neighbors on ******** ************ ***.

    According to the dates listed above.  A year ago from the above dates, 1/7/23 would have been 1/7/2022.  We do not have a Clyde Johnson, the same person answering the telephone has been employed from 2019 through now.  I will need the correct cancellation date from this customer.  If it was indeed 1/7/2022, I will use this date.  But there would be a balance if this date is used.  The last payment is dated 3/20/21.

    My account is closed and satisfied. I told these crooked people several times . I spoke with Clyde Johnson working there as unless he died suddenly. So I have no time for these liars and they have so many complaints against their company on the ******** app and from neighbors.

    The statement is the type of billing that would have been mailed.  We do  not hand deliver these statements.  They are generated by computer and mailed in bulk.   As I stated, we do not have anyone with the name Clyde Johnson.  Johnson Sanitation has always tried to provide great service to all customers.  Sometimes this does not work for everyone.  I'm not sure who may have talked with this customer.  There was a gentlemen by the name of ****** ****** who may have worked part-time, but passed away in 2021 or early 2022.  I'm not sure.   Databasse records indicate the last payment, check *** dated 3/30/2021 and posted to the account on 7/26/21.  This account has been canceled based on the customers note stating over a year ago.  From the date given by the customer January 7, 2023.  This customer has been given credit beginning January 7, 2022 thru January 7, 2023 (a year ago) and any remaining balance has been written off as a courtesy.  After investigating, the office does not have records indicating this customer canceled other than what has been emailed to BBB.   Johnson Sanitation is an honest company that takes pride in servicing customers.  However, everyone will not be satisfied and at this point there is nothing else we can do to satify this customer.  Praying she is happier with another company.

     ALL lies.Very unprofessional. I've been with my new trash company for over a year as soon as I got rid of these crooks. Nothing is being resolved here as they are getting deeper into the lies. FINAL statement is I owe them NOTHING and have bank statements of final payment after I ended my service with these crooked liars. If your guys come into me and my neighbors yard again for no reason I was informed by Sheriff office to call them again for an arrest as they saw them my cameras. THIS IS MY FINAL STATEMENT.

    agreement was to pick up curbside garbage on Monday's. It has now been 3 weeks with our garbage setting curbside and no pick up. Wife called and spoke with Donna last week and Donna apologized, told her they were having trouble finding people to work and would check on getting someone out. Donna advised her she would call her back. Donna did not call her back. We piled up additional garbage this week at curbside and they have not come again today. I called today at 5 pm to make sure they had not forgot again, spoke w/ Donna who confirmed she had spoke with my wife previously and again, she promised to check.. It's now 8pm and no follow up and no pick up of garbage. We, and our neighbors are tired of our garbage sitting at the curb. When they bill me, can I use the same excuse, I am having trouble finding someone to help pay the bill? Doubt it. I just want them to do what they promised and what we have paid for!

    Not sure what issues they are referring too.  Donna at Johnson's was told in September 2022 to cancel this account and pick up the can.  They have not provided any service or contact since August of 2022!  Their can sat by the road empty ready for their pick up for 2 weeks.  I even stopped their drivers and told them and they said they would remind the office.  That was in September 2022.   Thier can is still sitting here taking up space in my drive. 

     

    My ACCOUNT WAS PAID UP AND I EVEN ASKED DONNA FOR A REFUND TO WHICH SHE NEVER RESPONDED!

    The following note is listed in customer database.  "09/16/22 - CUSTOMER THREATNING TO CANCEL SERVICE IF THE TRASH IS NOT PICKED UP THIS WEEKEND.  (DMM)" 

    Drivers will notify the office if a customer has indicated to them if the service should be canceled.  The last payment was credited 7/26/22.  There is no notification listed that the account should have been canceled; The only notification of cancellation is the information emailed from BBB.  Unfortunately, this is the only form of cancellation received.  We will have to use this information emailed from BBB as a formal cancellation.   Customer should have buggy in sight for removal.  This will take   1 -2 weeks.  If there are questions concerning the removal of buggy, please have the customer call Johnson Sanitation.  Please note any remaining balance will be written off.
