    On August 5, 2024, I purchased a refurbished Apple iPhone X · 64 GB they claimed was in good condition with minor flaws. I did not need to use the phone until this week, so I opened the package the other day and tried booting up the phone and setting it up for the first time, but it will not work. I contacted Apple Support but their troubleshooting attempts did not fix the issue, so they said to take it in to Apple for repairs. I should not have to do this when the phone was supposed to arrive in working condition. Since it did not, I am requesting to exchange the phone for a different one that will actually work. This company has a refund policy of 30 days, so I am not requesting a refund because it's my fault for not opening it immediately and checking the status. Regardless, I deserve a working phone out of the box, which is what I paid for, so I expect the company to have integrity and make things right by allowing an exchange.

    See attached purchase order showing seller name and details of the transaction. I reached out to the seller directly, but they have not responded unfortunately.

    Ordered a phone from ideal Mobile solutions through ****** . When I received the phone there was issues with it which caused me to return it. Screen had issues so I returned the device. Got my refund today but it's only for $12 basically covering the sales tax. When I message them about why I didn't get the rest of my $200 they said that the phone was messed up in shipping. So basically I have to be the one that suffers

    Just to reiterate the situation. I purchased a device from ideal mobile solutions through ******. When I received the device there were issues with it including dead pixels on the screen, the screen flickering and a green Haze that made it hard to see when the brightness was below 50%. I contacted the seller through ****** to get a refund and so they could send over the proper paperwork for me to print out to get it sent back. Not only did I have to pay money to send it back, they're claiming there was no reference of any damage happening in shipping. So they're basically claiming that what happened to the phone is my fault essentially. As soon as I got the phone I made it clear that there were issues and I was going to send it back. Imagine my surprise when I finally get my refund and it's only $12 sales tax . Why should I have to pay $200 for a device that had issues when I received it through? No fault of my own. Times are tough and $200 is a lot of money which is why I was buying a used phone to begin with. Anybody could lie and say they checked the phone before it left and there was no issues. I have no reason to lie about receiving a messed up device.
