They really care about their customers... Charleston SC is no joke in the summer with the heat and humidity... they came within 24 hrs to help us... they didn't push us to replace our 12 year old system that really needed to be but we just couldn't at that time... they repaired it at a reasonable price for what had to be done... they were on time, explained thoroughly everything... we did end up during the summer deciding to replace it as it was having more n more issues... once again, they were here and had already given 3 options ... we chose one and they had us in 2 days later... they are the best... I recommend them all the time. Honesty... it was the best part.Review from Daniel O

Well they did it again! Owning several different properties, we need to call Oceanview 2 to 3 times a year. Our latest project was a mini-split in our guest house. As usual, they were on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave until the job was completed to our satisfaction. Big shout out to Bob H for returning the following day to replace a part with an upgraded one and confirm everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend!Review from Victoria E

They are very responsive, communicative, honest, and willing to work with you in every way possible to get the results and satisfaction you NEED! Absolutely wonderful experience! Communication through everyone between the office lady’s (Ashley, Courtney, Francesca), technicians (Bobby, Brandon, Austin, and Michael), even down to the helpers (Bob and Trey) was just amazing and everyone did a great job! Hate to say it, but I can’t wait till our AC breaks down again so we can work with them again. Won’t use anyone else ever again!!
