Joy Services recently completed installation of a new roofing system on my home. I had used Joy in the past for a repair and found them to be honest and reliable. My experience with the new roof only served to increase my delight. Their website states they are “not just roofing experts”, they are “dedicated partners”, they are excellent and committed to quality, and they are a “trusted name”. In my experience, Joy Services is one of an unfortunately small number of businesses that not only strives to meet their commitment to their word, they succeed in doing so. Beginning with my first phone call, and continuing throughout every step of the process, Jason was accessible, timely, knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I am a Quality Director by trade and a detail-oriented person by nature. I know that I can drive some people up the wall with questions. Yet, despite my numerous questions ranging from broad topics to minutia, Jason repeatedly gave great advice and addressed every concern without pause. That brings a kind of peace of mind which goes a long way. Of course, the great service would not have meant much without a great product, but the final product itself was more than I had hoped for, and my expectations were pretty high. The roof is beautiful, and the installation team was very friendly and very professional. Protection of the shrubs and other property was thorough and cleanup afterward was complete. Not a nail was missed. Joy Services claims to be “more than a roofing company”. Of this claim, I can say this – at the risk of sounding like I am exaggerating (I’m not) . . . if I had a father, a brother or a life-long friend in the roofing business, I do not believe I would have had a better experience.

Jason was spectacular from the beginning to the end! We had issues with our insurance company and he was extremely patient, worked with us. 10/10 recommend this company! Very thorough!

Jason listened to what I needed to have done. Told me what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. There was more hidden damage then he expected. He explained what needed to be done and how much it be extra. I now have a roof that will last for 25 years. Thank you Jason. Great job

This is an outstanding business. As soon as we called Jason was out here the next morning. We had a leak and thought it was coming from the ceiling but he found out it was hot water heater pipes in the attic. He took pictures so I could contact a plumber to fix the job. He said he was a roofer and din;t do plumbing. If I ever have a roof problem they will be the ones I call. ***** *******
