This lady named Pat financed PetsInc and I believe she left all her money in a trust for PetsInc. She would be rolling over in her grave if she knew what the place has become. The last 3 or 4 times I went over there, they had more employees than dogs up for adoption. Now they accept only dogs that they are sure will be adopted, which means it would make no difference to the dogs if petsinc disappeared. But it would make a difference to the employees. They very seldom update their webpage--so the odds are that the dog you might be interested in is long gone. You have to drive over there, and when you drive over there, you will see about as many--or more--employees than you see dogs.Review from Tammy R

I took my cat in on 3/29/2022 to be spayed and I dropped her off around 7:45 and they told me to come and pick her up at 5 pm and so when I went and picked her up first they brought me the wrong cat then when they gave me my cat I seen that she was not doing to good and I asked about her and the man told me that he just started working there and that I would have to wait and she how she does and if she dont improve to call them. When I got home and took her out her crate she could not hold her head up or move and so I called a friend that is a vet tech and she told me to wait a couple of hours and see if she improves any and she didnt so I had to take her to an emergency vet and they told me that she should have never been turned over to me with out her being able to walk and hold her head up and that the meds that they gave her is no longer used and that they do not have a reverse med that could help her and that I just need to take her home and watch her very close and so it was not until 5:00 am that she started coming around. this place didnt even clean my cat up she smelt bad and was nasty.

We talked to this client this morning. The cat was awake and continued to remove it's e-collar several times before leaving the clinic yesterday afternoon. This Patient was active and alert when leaving our facility. The information that was relayed by the owner to the clinic manger this morning does not match the complaint that is addressed here. So with the owner having 2 different stories about the occurrences of the situation - We will not address this complaint any further through the BBB. The owner is more than welcome to call and talk to the Director of PETSinc.
