            I bought a new washing machine in October. It broke down right after Christmas. Still has not been repaired or replaced. I had to buy a used washer to get me through.

            Customer purchased and picked up machine from our warehous on 10/24/22. Called and said machine was not working properly and service call was placed with ********* on 12/29/22. ********* sent out Authorized Service Inc in Greer SC for a service call, since machine was still under warranty. Authorized Service went on service call 1/9/23 and determined parts needed to be ordered. Since the parts were on backorder and with no known ETA on the parts, we took the customer a loaner washing machine so they would have something to use while waiting on the parts. On 1/27/23 customer called and wanted us to pick up the loaner washing machine without any explanation. On 2/15/23 customer called wanting status of parts (the parts do not come to us, the parts were ordered by ASI and will be delivered to ASI) so we had to reach out to the service company to find out what was going on. Please see attached email documentation. There is and has been a shortage on appliances and appliance parts, to which us as a retailer has no control over. But we have tried our best to make sure the customer had something to use. It is unfair for us to get a complaint against us when we have tried everything we can to get this resolved, even sending out a loaner. We do not know what else we can do to correct this issue since ********* Corporation is the ultimate factor in this equipment being deemed not fixable.
