I had wired ***** to this business as I was interested in purchasing a RV from them and informed them that once I got to the location and look at camper I would be cashier check. The company informed me that the camper was in good shape and everything worked and also that it had a canopy. Once I got to the dealership and viewed the camper it was nothing like they said it was. The door was damaged, the slide out had rubber falling off it, the camper smelled like sewer, did not have canopy. I did ask Rick if he was willing to go down in price which he stated he was not. I informed him this was nothing like the pictures that were sent. There was also dead bugs throughout the trailer. I then asked if he would wire the ***** back and he stated that he would not because I purchased the camper and if I indeed purchased it then I would have left with the camper! I did not purchase and they refuse to send my money back!

Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2022/08/10) */ Iyonne contacted me through ****************** and asked me if everything worked well and that she would pay me $**** today. I responded that I would take $**** but I have multiple people coming today to look at it. I told her she could call me and gave her my number to which I never received a call. She then wrote "Well I would just wire you the money today I don't need to look at it!" I told her that would work and she asked some questions as far as business name and bank info. After that she asked "Would it be okay if I wired $**** and then brought the $**** in a cashiers check" and I responded that would be fine. She waited almost two weeks to come and get the camper which I turned down buyers as it was sold. When she came she stated it looked older and there was dead flies on the floor and it didn't have a canopy. She wanted to negotiate the price lower which I told her she had already bought it and I wasn't willing to negotiate. At that point she was mad and wanted her money back and I told her that is was nonrefundable as she agreed to buy the camper. Consumer Response /* (3000, 19, 2022/08/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The information that he shared with me regarding the camper was incorrect. Like I said if he was true and accurate Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2022/08/12) */ What was stated was true and accurate and I have the conversation between us saved to defend my statement.
