Sorry I have to disagree with the number of people who have put such positive reviews. Working with Weather Tite has been a large frustration from the day I signed the contract (which I had to ask for a Weather Tite signed copy 3 times.) The shingles were not the color I wanted and as explained to me on the phone,project manager never gave me a color chart until after the roof was installed. Roofers pulled fence out of the ground,did not replace it correctly,tried to disguise it with rocks along the bottom. 4 days for someone to correct the problem person that came to fix it didn’t even bring tools, they had to use mine. Nails, roofing materials, plastic bags from the shingles not cleaned up. Ridge vent on roof now has hump,looks like a space between the edge of the vent and the shingles, wasn’t there on the old roof.. Should not have to argue with a Weather Tite employee when trying to understand why there is this space along the edge, cannot get a proper explanation. Project Manager is not available until March. Was never notified siding came in, found out siding was in and called Weather Tite to ask when it could be installed. Siding was delivered, 3 weeks later a crew showed up at 2 pm, looked around said it was windy so they didn’t want to work. Siding supervisor from Weather Tite told me to not ask questions if I wanted the siding installed. Siding crew broke outdoor outlet covers, deck railings. Window glazing strips were put in 3 times, blew off in the wind, still on not correct. Corners were not beveled. Holes in corner pieces of siding were plugged with I don’t know what, looked like gum. Trim along top wall was not replaced correctly, soffit was shoved up into attic space. Siding pieces were cracked on the North end of the house and not replaced until service came out. Siding pieces have fallen off back of garage twice. Bottom line here, I don’t feel as though I could ever recommend Weather Tite as a contractor for roofing, siding, windows etc.

Service requested: replace fascia and trim damaged by hail. Adjust rain gutter and downspout on one corner. The work was well done. Project manager Clay Dillon is very professional and friendly. So were the crew. The price was fair. N&L H.

I worked with Clay D***** for my house. I had a new roof, paint and a couple windows replaced and he was so easy to work with and get ahold of for any question that came up. Everything turned out amazing, thanks Clay!!

i own a couple of business and multiple proprieties so I am not new to doing business but this was a very bad experience. After signing a contract with WeatherTite the sales rep and project manager Nick completely dropped the ball on everything including communication with us and getting the insurance claim approved and completed. We were told to accept only a partial payment and pay the rest out of our pocket. I ended up doing all the work for him, called the adjusters, inspectors and insurance company and got the entire claim approved. What should have taken a couple of months took 8 months to complete. Next, the roof was put on by a third party on a wrong day without our authorization and debris and nails were left all over the property and our grass was ruined with a bunch of tire tracks. The insurance company then wrote the check to a wrong company while WeatherTite kept sending harassing texts and emails to us threatening with lawsuits and lien on our building all while we were working with the insurance to rewrite the checks so we can hand them over to WeatherTite. This company's values and work ethics are non existent and I highly recommend to stay away from them.
