            I ordered a customized hoodie sweatshirt on 15 March 2023. The order, #****, was confirmed in an email & was paid in full using my ******** *******, for $*****. I received an email on 25 March 2023 that the order was on its way, but it never arrived. I received a third email on 23 April 2023 asking me to write a review. I never received the hoodie. My attempts to communicate with SportsZoneHQ have not been answered. I really wanted the hoodie - it was supposed to be a birthday present for one of my sons. .

            I placed two orders on the SportsZoneHQ website on March 17, 2023. I placed order #**** which consisted of a personalized retro edition adult hoodie with a discount code for a total of $*****. I also placed order #**** which consisted of a personalized navy edition youth hoodie with a discount code for a total of $*****. I then received two emails on March 29, 2023 stating that "a shipment from order #**** is on the way" and "a shipment from order #**** is on the way". Neither of these emails had tracking information for my shipments. After a couple weeks of waiting for the arrival of my shipments, I utilized the "contact us" function on the website to send them a message asking for a status update. I received no response from the company. I then sent an email to the company on April 24, 2023 stating that I had received the emails that my products had shipped but I still had not received them and had not received any tracking information for my orders. I asked for a status update on when I could expect to receive my order and I again received no response from the company. I sent another email today, May 19, 2023 demanding an update from this company that gladly took my money the moment I ordered and did not provide me with the items I paid for. When I tried to visit the website to see if I could find any other contact information for this company, I was surprised to find a message stating that the store is unavailable.

            Order #**** was placed on 3/19/23, I was notified via email that it shipped on 3/31/23. I have not received my order (it was for shoes). I have emailed the customer service email which is *********************, several times without response. They only give their email as a way to contact them. The website says there is a chat feature but there isn’t. Also, I continue to receive emails from the company from addresses like ************************ or ******* * ************. Also, they say to follow up with another app about shipping and there is no tracking number or anything to follow up with.

            This is the only way they gave to track my shipment and there isn’t even a tracking number. It’s through another app called “****”.

            I purchased 2 pair of gym shoes with custom numbers as a gift. The advertisement popped up on *********. This purchase was made on 04/09/2023 and was debited from my account in the amount of $*****. I received an initial confirmation number but no other correspondence. I’ve sent multiple e mails without a response. I’m not sure if this is a ******** company

            I ordered a personalized sweatshirt on 04/09/23 and received a shipment notification on 04/12/23. I paid for *** ** *** express. I have still not received my package and I have reached out to the companies customer support team on numerous occasions and have failed to receive a response to any of my emails. A tracking number was not provided in the email that states my item had shipped. I have also called ******* ******* and they have looked me up by name and address and ******* ******* has no record of any packages that are in transit to me.             My order was placed on March 14th 2023. I have made now 4 payments of $***** and have yet received my order. I have now sent over 5 emails to the company email (*********************) this email address is found on the store page. It states they have 24hr assistance yet the option on the page doesn't work. At the time of the purchase it stated I would be giving shipping information and never received anything. After looking into this issue further it seems as though I'm not the only person having issues. I'm requesting a full refund. Any and all help would be very much appreciated.             On 3/25/23 We had made two separate orders from this business totalling a little more than $*** for three sweatshirts. We received an email stating it was shipped and to go through the app “shop” to view our tracking info. When looking through shop, it stated that they did not have a tracking number. I emailed the business, asking that they give me a tracking number for both orders. No response. I waited a week, checking my PO Box daily, nothing. I have emailed from my personal email, I’ve emailed them directly on the website sportszonehq.com. I emailed them on ********, only to get completely blocked by their profile. I have asked for a refund and they will not get back to me at all. We have not received anything from this company and have not been able to track any shipments at all. We can’t even make any reviews at all. This is why I decided to report them to you. Looking at their reviews on the app “shop,” many others have reported these same issues. No order, no replies from the company. There’s no phone number listed so we can’t call anyone. I’ve tried to report it to ******** as a scam to no avail.

            I made a purchase from this company in February 2023. The order number is #****. The only contact information on the website is an email address. I have emailed them and sent a message on their ******** ****, and have not received any response.

            I ordered some merchandise on Feb. 1 for a total of $*****. The money was taken from my account same day at the order was placed.(Order #****) I reached out on 2/17/23 via email to the costumer service to ask for any information I could get on how long the order takes to arrive. I had a response the same day stating something happened with their system a production is taking longer then expected. I then sent another email on 3/7/23 asking for a refund due to no contact regarding my order. 3/13/23 I received an email back that they shipped my order but there is no tracking number for USPS in the system or on their email. I sent them another email on 3/22/23 asking for the tracking # or my refund and never received a response and I sent my last email to them on 3/26/23 letting them know I was reporting this to the BBB. I have heard nothing back from them since 3/17/23 which was just a shipping email with no tracking information. It has been over 2 months and I want to make sure people know this business has no customer service responses, no telephone number that I can try to call, just an email that no one answers. Then after ordering daily emails for huge sales they are having. Not sure if the company is real or this is a fraud. I will reach out to my bank for a refund for merchandise not received.
