This company has managed our rental properties for nearly two years. We have switched to a new management company. But this company has failed to process our last rent payments, and they are now long overdue. We have had to follow up for over one month attempting to get the final payments, but we still have not received them despite assurances that they would be made.

Our property Managment company is refusing to help us have a safe environment to live in. Tenants under us were harassing us multiple times, we put in complaints every time (have everything on record with time and dates). Company refused to do anything about it. Our hot water has gone out three times in the last four months, every “fix” last roughly one month until it doesn’t work again and we have to wait a week to get it fixed. Tenants below us have fled the property (we told the property) and moved out, they have came back a few times and suddenly after they leave again I find out the next morning our garage breaker was flipped resulting in us losing over $200 in meat. Property is threatening to bill us for “turning off the valve” even though I was the one who put in the complaint for not having hot water again on Saturday afternoon. We have asked them to change the locks to the building because the other tenants have moved out and are now coming back and messing with the property, and the company has refused to do so. It would take them 30 seconds to look through the window and see they are gone. Company refuses to respond over text or email; told us to call if we want to talk and have been sent to voicemail and have yet to hear a word from the property. We have over 10 issues we’ve brought to their attention (dated and timed) that have gone ignored and unfixed. This company has a history for this if you look online and read the multiple bad reviews. They will not let us break our lease, they will not help us in any way. We have asked for lower rent because the property can’t provide us with hot water for more than a month at a time and the property won’t take care of the lawn even though we pay the property to take care of that. We are losing money and safety by the constant neglect from JL Property. ***** ***** has been our main contact and has been ignoring us for a period of time now.
